Hi there! Welcome to Otto’s House! We are Jane and Piero!
A husband-and-wife dog care service team currently living in Serangoon with our lovely Singapore Special, Sheba!
We named our business after our first dog, Otto! A spunky, food-loving beagle who is always game for treats!
Between Piero and I, we have more than 30 years of dog care experience. Piero grew up with dogs in his home country, Italy. My love for dogs started when we adopted our first dog Otto!
Our dogs are family. So we understand your worries and concerns when leaving your dog with strangers.
Please feel free to visit our house or request that we go for a walk together.
How we can help you:

- All dogs, regardless of breed, gender or age.
- But, if your dog has behavioral or health issues, please let us know so that we can make the necessary preparations to give your dog the best care. Your dog deserves a vacation while you are away as well!
- Types of Services We Offer:
- Dog Sitting: Photos/Videos Twice Daily, Two Walks (Min. 30 minutes/walk)
- Dog Boarding: Photos/Videos Twice Daily, Two Walks (Min. 30 minutes/walk)
- Dog Gym (Walks/Swim/Play Dates): Photos/Videos Per Activity
- Dog Food Catering (Raw/Home-Cooked/Treats)

Butler (Grooming, Vet Visits, Play Dates, Massage): Photos/Videos Per Activity
- Boarding Environment:
- 4-Room HDB Flat with access to 5 large fields within 15 minutes of walking
- No cage, your dog is free to roam around our house
- Food: Twice a Day, Homecooked (Brown Rice + Meat [Chicken/Pork/Beef/Lamb + Fresh Vegetables), same as what we feed our dog! You can also tell us how you will like us to feed your dog
- Check in time: Anytime convenient for you
- Check out time: Anytime convenient for you
- Pick Up: Free if within 15 minutes of walking from our home. Otherwise, please reimburse our Uber/Grab rides :)

Jane walked my dog pancakes for 5 days and she was extremely professional and so thoughtful towards him. She was patient with my 101 questions and provided so many knowledgeable information. Apart from that she comes for the walk totally prepared and armed with her own treats and coconut water. Very impressed overall and will most definitely engage her again.
My first time using pawshake and I feel very lucky to have found Jane. She was very fast responding and happy to come meet me and Wendy the very next day. I could tell immediately that she loves animals and she would look after mine very well. Jane went above and beyond, sending me pics and videos of my dog Wendy walking and playing with her. I would highly recommend Jane to anyone who wants a careful and reliable pet-sitter. Wendy definitely had a great time with Jane, and I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with her again!
