"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "I sent my corgi for dog boarding with Agui recently. My family and I definitely felt fully satisfied and happy with the experience. She was really kind and patient during all meet and greet sessions towards our pet and showed love and care. She sent many picutres during the boarding too! When she came back Agui even gave us fruitful advice for taking care of our furry friend better and she even taught our dog a new trick! She brought our dog for walks multiple times daily and she also bathed, cut nails and combed our dog's fur. Highly recommend you to select Agui as your dog care taker. Overall Agui showed love care and patience to our pet and she'll very much take care of any other too! "

"Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!
It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.

"Lynne took great care of Royce during his 1 week stay with her. She shared daily photos and updates on feeding, walks timings etc and my dog was very relaxed and well taken care of by her. "Aarushi and her family did a really fantastic job in taking good care of our 9 year old Labrador. He had lots of walks and runs, and was so happy in the photos that Aarushi frequently updated us with.

"Left my dog with Kristy for 9 nights. She and her daughter took good care of my dog. As my dog has separation anxiety issues, they took note of it and didn't leave him alone at home. "In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
