"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Entrust my sometimes aggressive mongrel Miso in Xiuqing’s care and it was the best decision ever hehe was constantly sent updates on walkies, meal times and photos of her with other fluffies as well!
Always had trouble finding a sitter I could trust fully and who could take good care of Miso as she’s quite a character but felt so relieved and could enjoy my holiday without having to worry about whether my pup was homesick and feeling lonely but nope! She was enjoying time with Xiuqing and her lovely family - super grateful and definitely recommend Xiuqing’s services to anyone! "

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Lynne took great care of Royce during his 1 week stay with her. She shared daily photos and updates on feeding, walks timings etc and my dog was very relaxed and well taken care of by her. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.

"Latte was treated very very well under her care. She will wipe his eyes when he wakes up, mouth eat/drink water and paws after walk! From the way she treats all dogs during their stay, no doubt she is a very patient, kind and caring person for sure. I also received daily updates of my baby in appropriate amount of pictures which makes me able to travel without worry. Flexible pickup and drop off time too. "This is the the first the time we tried pet boarding for Snowee and we were rather anxious at first. However, Kyler's professionalism in taking care of Snowee made us feel at ease. She provided regular updates on Snowee well-being and also specially cooked food for her when she sees that Snowee didn't want to eat the food that we bought for her. "We have not had a long vacation since Jasper came into our lives two years ago. Ridden with the guilt of having to leave him behind alone with an unfamiliar cat sitter and the anticipated anxiety of not knowing how well and safe he would be, the thought of going on a long holiday was often cast aside.
This has definitely changed since we found Carmen. True to her words on her page, she is the reliable person who could put our mind at ease that our baby would be in good hands, safe and comfortable in the homey Purrfect Sanctuary.
The exclusive guest room was impeccably clean and spacious. The bay window that fronts the green nature is perfect for Jasper as he likes to “lounge” on the bay window to look at the birds outside, just as he would always do when he is at home.
I made the blunder of not leaving enough canned food for Jasper. Fortunately, Carmen informed me and made the trip to the pet shop to buy the specific Wellness grain-free chicken cubes that Jasper is used to. Well, I can safely say that my cat will not go hungry or upset when Carmen is in charge!
Carmen and Aaron is a beautiful couple who has an incredible love for cats. Their loving care and affection are evident in the captivating photos and videos that they sent over daily during our 15-day holiday abroad.
We are very grateful to Carmen and Aaron for taking such superb care of Jasper. Their added splurge of love makes the world of difference to Jasper’s well-being during his stay at their very comfortable home."

"Geraldine has looked after Snowy with top notch care and consideration. Snowy had an abscess during boarding from a decayed tooth and Geraldine noticed he was in pain and immediately took him to the vet and this allowed me to continue my overseas holiday in peace without having to rush back. "Lyne has been a great dogsitter, one of the better ones I have ever encountered! She will update everyday on the walks with photos and videos and how much my furkid has eaten. There will also be videos (cctv footage) on what my furkid is doing when at home . Her whole family is involved in taking care and that assures me full care is given. When it’s time to go home, it can be seen how my doggie misses the daughter and that they shared a great bond. My next trip is in June and it is comforting to know I have Lyne to rely on to take very good care of my furkid :) "

"Noriko took care of Vicx really well - they took him out for frequent toilet breaks; walks, sends updates of his well being throughout the day (along with photos and videos), she follows the care instructions carefully and even took him out for outings.
Her dog, Hana is a lovely and gentle girl, and loves sharing her toys with Vicx!

"Susie had a great 2 weeks stay with Andrew. He was very patient with her, especially when it came to her eating habits given that she is a senior doggo (15). He also updated us regularly with her antics and daily routine. 👍🏻 I am sure Susie had lots of fun playing with the other dogs being a single dog at home.
