"We are extremely happy with our cat sitter’s service. She did an excellent job taking care of our cats and was very attentive and responsible throughout.
She provided updates for every single visit, including photos and detailed notes, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She clearly paid close attention to our cats’ routines and needs.

"Cherie has taken very good care of my fur babies during my recent family trip to Japan. Despite her young age, she is very detailed oriented and dedicated to her tasks. She keeps the welfare of every pet in her heart and makes sure their needs are met.
Even for my house, she spends time to clean & clear the mess left by the cats and clears the litter bins regularly to provide a clean environment for my cats to dwell in.
I cannot find another responsible and kind pet sitter next to Cherie.
Cherie also leaves very humorous comments and took lots of photos for me to see & read daily about my pets while I was away holidaying.

"We had such a great experience with Sha caring for our cats, Noah and Sushi. Throughout our trip, she sent us daily updates with photos and videos, which really helped us feel at ease. Sushi requires twice-daily medication, and Sha handled this gently and patiently every single time. She also spent time grooming and playing with them, and even brought along her own toys and treats — which our cats absolutely loved.
We are so grateful to have returned to an immaculate home and two healthy, happy cats.
One of the days, Noah had a panting episode after sitting inside the plastic door cover while meowing for us near the bedroom. Sha noticed it right away, recorded a video, calmed him down, and updated us. When we later realised the plastic cover was the cause of the panting, she came back almost immediately to remove it — even though it wasn’t during her scheduled visit. That level of attentiveness and care meant so much to us.
Sha also offered to water our plants, which we appreciated — she noticed and helped without being asked. 💛
On our first night back home, we saw both Noah and Sushi waiting by the front door together — probably wondering why Sha didn’t come by again. That alone says everything about how safe, comfortable, and loved they felt under her care.
Sha definitely deserves more than 5 stars. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and genuinely kind pet sitter who goes above and beyond. 💛"

"I’m so grateful to Jeanle for taking such wonderful care of my two cats while I was overseas for three days. Leaving my pets behind is never easy, but Jeanle made the entire experience completely stress-free.
