"Mariko's profile is accurate, she really is a dog whisperer who instantly connected with my 4 year old Chow Chow! After using pawshake for 4 years, I have finally found a proper, highly disciplined, trust worthy, reliable, loving and consistent care taker for my fur pal. Mariko went above and beyond her duties in taking care of my Chow, gave him Japanese strawberries, mangoes, and raspberry treats. She spent a lot of extra time and effort to look after him and train him the right way! My Chow is finally at peace and happy with his care taker when I am away, not only that - he gets to go to all sorts of nice places to hang out and meet new pals. And I can finally have peace of mind when I am travelling, knowing that Mariko is providing the BEST CARE and concern he deserves. The bar has been set very high here, very professional indeed!

"We cannot recommend Eileen enough as a cat sitter! She went above and beyond in taking care of our kitten, Pepper, while we were away for business for 6 days. Pepper required medications twice a day, and Eileen handled the task with such precision and care—it was clear she was attentive to every detail with daily reports, photos and videos. Not only did she take excellent care of Pepper, but she also did things beyond the expected scope of her duties, like vacuuming the floor for us. As a special touch, she even bought gift for Pepper. "My pup, Mochi had a great time with Jean. Jean managed to teach him a trick during the pet sitting session! She is very diligent - she dropped in to meet Mochi and ask appropriate questions to make sure that she understands Mochi before the actual pet sitting day and of course regular updates with photos.
