Hello there! I can't wait to meet you and your fur baby!  I have a flexible schedule so I can take care of your pet during during office hours!Experience:I used to volunteer regularly at the SPCA. There, I was trained to deal with high-stress situations and large dogs. I loved walking them to release their pent up energy and teaching them tricks. &nbsp;I also have experience with German shepherd mixes so I know how to deal with larger dogs. I also have experience dealing with behavioural problems such as food guarding, aggression, and leash pulling. Personally, I do not own any dogs (only gerbils!) but I dogsit and walk my uncle's dog regularly. So far, I have taught him to stay down, jump up on his hind legs, and stay. &nbsp;Training philosophy:I specialise in positive-reinforcement training, which means only rewarding the dogs whenever they exhibit desirable behaviour such as responding to their name, performing tricks, sitting down voluntarily, and keeping calm. I believe in this method of training as it encourages the dogs to exhibit desirable behaviour automatically and without having to first make a command. I am a patient person but also a fast-thinker who will definitely take good care of your pet during our walks together. I'm also reasonably fit (please see photos) so I can jog with your doggo and handle larger dogs as well! I will:  travel to your house  bring your dog out to a nearby park jog with your dog if required  practice tricks (on request) take photos of your fur kid (on request)I'm flexible and approachable so please contact me if you're interested or have any questions!

Being a dog owner myself, I understand what a dog needs to be happy and comfortable. While on walks/runs, I will always pay close attention to your dogs needs so you can count on me to provide for your dog. I will also keep you updated through texts and photos while on the walks to reassure you on your beloved's safety. ️
I believe that every dog has their own preferences and routines as well. I will be sure to keep to them to achieve maximum dog happiness levels. You could also inform me if your dog has any other doggie friends that he/she likes to play with so I could accommodate to that.

About me:
I enjoy spending time with dogs as I find that all of them have such unique and charming characters. I am very comfortable with all sizes of dogs as I grew up with them. I lived with a Rott Weiler, a Golden Doodle and a Toy Poodle. Personally I find the Rott Weiler the cutest.
I am motivated to give your dogs the best walks/runs as I feel a sense of joy and accomplishment when I see them ecstatically waging their tails. Walking them is also mutually beneficial for us as not only do your dogs get to walk and have fun, I save you time as well. (and I am having fun too).&nbsp;

Availability:
I am usually available in the mornings and evenings for dog walks/runs. For dog walks/runs, I will pick them up from your place and return them to your place. I can do 30min to 1hour walks or 30min runs around your neighbourhood. (Dog runs only availble in the evening)

About my area:
My neighbourhood is pet friendly and most people around here owns their own dogs. There is even an outdoor space for dogs to run free at the park near my place.&nbsp;

My main motivation to be a pet sitter is to spend more time with animals. I used to have a Jack Russell Terrier who passed away in 2022 after having spent a wonderful and fulfilling 17 years together. My current living/work arrangements aren’t conducive for having a pet for now. Till I get my own place and a job that always me to work from home. I would like to spend time taking care of others’ furkids in the meantime. Having had a senior dog previously, i can understand first hand the type of care i would expect for a furkid of my own and i aim to provide that same standard during my gigs! Every animal has their own little quirks and it's important to be patient with animals while they get used to new humans (me). 
I currently have dogsat for one client but can take care of various type of small animals – hamsters, guinea pigs, cats, birds, terrapins
