"I asked Alicia to help us walk our dog based on her profile saying she had her own Singapore special. We know they have their special personalities based on their history so knowing she had experience of this was great in looking after our Singapore Special. She came and asked all the right questions so I instantly felt comfortable. she was quick in her responses when organising the walk and shared updates of pictures on how things went. "As a person, Ruby is incredibly meticulous, empathetic, self-aware, conscientious, observant and most importantly, she has been very kind. These traits have clearly transferred over to her job as a handler and caretaker of pets. Ruby does not just seem to want to "do it", but truly finds joy in it. She constantly wants the best experiences for pets as well as pet owners, and goes out of her way to give great value to owners as well; whether organising outings for the dogs and picking them up, or to take it upon herself to be responsible for the state and condition of my home. I cannot ask for a more concerned and caring pet sitter. I also went down to Ruby's place to have a look at her boarding environment and I can attest to what a great relaxing environment it was for dogs. If I need boarding, Ruby would be my first choice without a doubt."

"During the meet and greet session with Jill for the first time, she made sure that the dogs were well acquainted and eased them in. Her understanding of the dog’s behaviourism was so good it was as though she is the owner! Jill’s home environment is really nice and comfortable. Buddy could also play in her porch! Mentioned to Jill that I would prefer updates of my dog as much as possible. She would send us photos and videos! Jill proactively asked us questions about our dog and his habits. She was also willing to accommodate his meal times and diet. Jill ensured that Buddy was always with someone so that he is never alone. When Buddy vomited, Jill immediately alerted us and also helped change his diet to ease his discomfort. Overall experience is really great and we will definitely go back to her for boarding and dog walking. We entrust her fully with Buddy! Buddy was flat out by the time he got home 😂"
