"We’ve been very happy with Chloe's service. She is punctual, responsible and reliable, and is also very responsive whenever we need to get in touch with her. She makes a genuine effort to accommodate changes in plans, even when they come up at the last minute, which we really appreciate.
Most importantly, she genuinely cares about my dog and handles him with a lot of patience and gentleness. She doesn’t force him or use excessive tugging, and takes the time to work with him at his own pace. She also listens carefully to our instructions and follows them well. She is very careful when walking our dog, always looking out for traffic and keeping an eye on where he is and what is happening around him.
It’s reassuring to know that our dog is in good hands when he’s out with her. We would definitely use her service again.

"We used Melissa for a couple of weeks to cover us while our helper was away. Our dog is very picky about people and we were not confident she would walk with Melissa. It was challenging, but Melissa was very patient. We also loved that she was very frank with us: when our dog was difficult, she told us, and likewise when our dog seemed a bit down. We will definitely use Melissa again: highly recommended!"
