"Huiting was very responsible starting with the very first message I sent inquiring about her availability. After a swift meet and greet for a last minute week long visit, Huiting informed she felt confidence in caring for my large dog. Huiting was honest and informed my pet would be the largest she had cared for (approx 30 kg) but she was confident in her ability to handle my excited and young Labrador. Each day, I received several pictures and videos of my dog who could not have looked happier. Huiting provided updates and information to me and my second dog sitter to ensure my dog was always cared for and covered. I will use Huiting again and I would recommend her to anyone."

"Eugene was wonderful with my dog. My dog was confused at first why someone else is walking him instead of me or my helper. He wasn’t used to someone new. But Eugene patience and intuition is what my dog needed to adjust to a new dog walker. Will definitely book again. Think Eugene and Rambo would make great walking buddies. "

"Sprained my ankle and was on a cast and could not bring my dog, Bailey down for a walk. Thankfully, Vance was able to help. He was on time for both morning and evening walks. "If you’re looking for dog walkers who truly go above and beyond, Kel and Sam are it! From the moment they met my Labradoodle, Casey, I could see how different their approach was. They didn’t just come in, grab the leash, and go - they took the time to bond with Casey, getting to know her quirks, energy levels, and favorite toys. Casey immediately took to them, and as a dog parent, that instant connection meant the world to me.
Kel and Sam’s personalities are a perfect blend of warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail is remarkable - they always check in on Casey’s health, behavior, and mood, and even send regular updates with photos and videos, which reassures me that she’s having the best time.
What really sets them apart is their genuine love for animals. They’re not just doing this as a service - they truly care about every pet they work with. "As a person, Ruby is incredibly meticulous, empathetic, self-aware, conscientious, observant and most importantly, she has been very kind. These traits have clearly transferred over to her job as a handler and caretaker of pets. Ruby does not just seem to want to "do it", but truly finds joy in it. She constantly wants the best experiences for pets as well as pet owners, and goes out of her way to give great value to owners as well; whether organising outings for the dogs and picking them up, or to take it upon herself to be responsible for the state and condition of my home. I cannot ask for a more concerned and caring pet sitter.
I also went down to Ruby's place to have a look at her boarding environment and I can attest to what a great relaxing environment it was for dogs. If I need boarding, Ruby would be my first choice without a doubt."
