"If youāre looking for dog walkers who truly go above and beyond, Kel and Sam are it! From the moment they met my Labradoodle, Casey, I could see how different their approach was. They didnāt just come in, grab the leash, and go - they took the time to bond with Casey, getting to know her quirks, energy levels, and favorite toys. Casey immediately took to them, and as a dog parent, that instant connection meant the world to me.
Kel and Samās personalities are a perfect blend of warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail is remarkable - they always check in on Caseyās health, behavior, and mood, and even send regular updates with photos and videos, which reassures me that sheās having the best time.
What really sets them apart is their genuine love for animals. Theyāre not just doing this as a service - they truly care about every pet they work with. Kel shows so much patience to Casey, while Samās easy-going nature brings out the best in even the most anxious dog (my neighbourās pup). Whether itās rainy-day adjustments or a little extra brushing, they go out of their way to make sure Casey is happy and well cared for.
