"It is the very first time I use Pawshake App for finding a fur sitting, we are so lucky to have Soraya. She is serious and enthusiastic. She invited us to meet before the dog went to stay, so that the dog could adapt better and both of us could have a better understanding, During the boarding time, she sent photos and videos to me frequently, and she also brought my fur kid to the restaurant which we usually went there. "Robbert was a lifesaver, taking on a last-minute dog-sitting request (one day notice) after an unexpected water heater leak which meant workers had to come into our home.
He was incredibly accommodating from the start and kindly coordinated pick-up and drop-off with my fiancé’s dad, which made things so much easier for us as we were overseas.
Our Border Collie, Pace, was clearly very well cared for - multiple walks, attention and thoughtful updates that put us at ease while travelling. I had done a meet-and-greet beforehand and was impressed by how confidently and professionally Robbert handled Pace. He and his wife have a lovely apartment with water bowls and comfortable spaces for dogs to relax.
We would happily book with Robbert again and definitely recommend him."
