"As first-time pawrents to 5mo Mochi, we were naturally concerned if we can find a trustworthy pet sitter. But Karen and Joo allayed our concerns when we saw how proactive and responsive they are in communication. During the meet-and-greet, I can immediately sense that they are a pet-loving family. During the boarding, they provided appropriate updates through WA - just frequent enough to put you at ease, and at the same time knowing that they are spending time taking care of her. We know Mochi has been well taken care of when she came home happy and not showing any signs of anxiety. They followed my instructions on feeding, and even cleaned the stuff we brought over, like pee tray, plates, etc. after using them.. packed them neatly for us. I can't say enough for how grateful I am! Now I know why there are many pet owners who keep coming back to them. Highly recommended!"

"William took good care of Yuki, and we only found out that he was a professional dog trainer during the greet and meet session! He kept me posted of Yuki's status throughout the day, which eased my ancient of sending Yuki to daycare a lot."

"Put my 4 y/o aussie shepherd with Janice for a daycare. Benji had a great time during the daycare and he was showered with so much love and affection! "Shirley is an excellent dog sitter. She was willing to accommodate my puppy, Oli, for doggy day care from 7.30-6pm even when her usual doggy day care hours are for 8 hours. She was kind to Oli and provided me with regular updates during the time Oli was with her. I feel very assured and would definitely come back to her again when I need help with Oli."
