"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "it was a wonderful experience booking with suzanne! niu niu had such a fun time with her. we contacted her quite last minute but she still readily accepted! love how responsive she was with sending videos / pictures and also keeping to niu niu’s feeding / walking regime ❤️

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Race took absolute top-notch care of our dog Hana. She patiently listened to all our instructions about Hana's care and followed them carefully. Best of all she sent regular updates showing Hana having lots of fun, which put our mind at ease so we could enjoy our trip. "Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "Rachael & her family were very caring foster parents to our 1+ year old Golden Retriever, named Golden. At her house, which is big, Golden could run around to her heart content, at the front yard and at the back yard. The family lives in a lovely landed neighbourhood with lots & lots & lots of green spaces. The family cared for Golden very well & Golden is a happier & calmer dog when she returned home. I guess, Rachael's dog, Mr. Fletcher, also a Golden Retriever, but much older, imparted some calmness to our dog. She regularly updated us with photos & funny things about Golden, whether Golden's having her regular walks, eating, playing with Mr. Fletcher, or chilling/ resting with her fellow furry friend. I can tell that Rachael's kids also loved & cared for our Golden so much, especially the younger boy. It's a great decision to meet & pick Rachael's home as our Golden's temporary home, a staycation for her I would say. We could have our overseas holiday with peace in mind, knowing Golden is in a reliable hand. Highly recommending Rachael & her lovely family. :)"

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"We’re so grateful to Samantha for taking such great care of our dog, Hazel, while we were away on holiday. She regularly sent us photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind - we could see how happy and well cared for he was.
