"Nic’s family is truly wonderful—a household of genuine animal lovers who give their whole hearts to the animals in their care.
Before the homestay, I had a few interactions with them and immediately felt the sincerity and warmth of their approach. They’re not just boarding pets—they’re caring for them like family.
My dog, who is usually quite anxious, had an amazing week. She was eating and sleeping well, taking her regular medication without any issues, and seemed truly at ease in their peaceful, quiet environment. Throughout the stay, the boarder was incredibly responsive and kept me updated regularly on how my dog was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind.
I wholeheartedly recommend Nic’s family to anyone looking for a calm, caring, and safe home away from home for their dogs. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do, and it makes all the difference."

"We’re so grateful to Janice for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Pudding, while we were away. From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in loving and capable hands. Janice has a natural warmth and calmness that animals seem to respond to instantly — and Pudding clearly felt right at home.
She kept us updated with little messages and photos, which truly meant a lot and gave us peace of mind. When we picked Pudding up, she was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for — almost like she’d been on her own little holiday!

"I don't normally post reviews online but this was my first time boarding Lola and I must say, I'm very satisfied with the service. I was initially panicky and apprehensive because I had to make a urgent last minute booking and didn't have time for a meet & greet, but Lynne patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She was incredibly accommodating with the timings for my impromptu trip, which seriously saved me.
What really stood out to me was Lynne's attention to detail and proactive updates. She took time to ask about Lola's routine, habits, and preferences and even made detailed notes to ensure Lola felt right at home. It was clear there and then that Lynne is incredibly meticulous and invested in Lola's comfort. Without me asking, Lynne also sent frequent photos, videos, and messages, reassuring me that Lola was happy and well-cared for. I can tell that Lynne and her family showered Lola with lots of love and playtime during her stay there. Additionally, Lynne helped reinforce habits of Lola's that I wanted to adjust, which I was thankful for.
I'm really grateful that I found Lynne despite my booking being last minute. I'll definitely look for Lynne again for her services and will recommend her to anyone who's looking for someone trustworthy and caring."

"Angela's awesome! I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have found Angela to look after our Cavapoo. There are dog sitters... and then there's that special someone like Angela who not only loves dogs, is passionate about them, and genuinely cares and does her best to look after your furbaby.
From the meet and greet, I could tell how she has a gift with animals, and is able to manage them with ease and love, and also be firm with them when needed. The house is also very very clean, neat and odourless.
I appreciated the regular updates and ease of communications, and her good nature meant that the entire process was very smooth and pleasant.
My furbaby came back happy and well taken care of, and I certainly would highly recommend Angela to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter or something to board your precious doggy with!!"

"We love Lyon Pet Boarding so much. We had a long holiday & needed to find a temporary home for our Golden Retriever puppy. Our Golden Retriever puppy returns home a happy and healthy dog, and it's all because of the love and care and supervision of Lyon. Our Golden Retriever lives and plays well with Lyon's very friendly french pug. So it's not only the company of a caretaker, our dog found a good friend too in a Frenchie. Our puppy experienced her first period, and Lyon, really took care of her, with lots of love and understanding.
Lyon walked our dog well. When our puppy returned home, somehow... She walked even better, even lesser pulling the leash basically.
Being a new dog pawrent, we love getting tips from Lyon. He gave us great tips in raising our dog, as he's very experienced.
There was once where our Golden Retriever created quite a mess. Lyon is very understanding, calm & collected. We learns a lot as well from him.
We wholeheartedly recommend Lyon Dog Boarding, and will be happy to board our Golden there again."

"This is my first time boarding my dog and i engaged Olivia as my pet sitter after intensive research on the pet sitters available in this app. My experience with Olivia is superb and I am very pleased that I had made an excellent choice in engaging her as my pet sitter. My dog had gone blind recently and it is quite a challenge to care for a blind dog. However, Olivia is able to overcome the challenges and took great care of my dog. Her house is also very conductive and big which is great for dogs to roam around. She also has a dog which is friendly and gets along well with my dog. I receive daily updates from her via whatapps which puts a furkid parent boarding his or her pet at great ease. In addition, her mum and maid are also great dog lovers and helps out in taking great care of my dog. Her mum even give me some eye supplements & Barf for my dog to try as my dog have some skin problems as well. Olivia will also share her observations about your dog which you might have missed previously and give you useful advices on how to better care for your dog. In summary, if you find this review too longwinded, I would say she is highly recommended esp for first time furkid boarding your pet as she is reliable, take great care for your pets, has a great boarding environment and dog lovers family members. Will be my first choice pet sitter! Five Stars Grade!"

"I recently had the pleasure of having Mama Peggy pet sit my Shiba Inu, Xin Le, for three nights, and I couldn't be more delighted with her services. From the initial correspondence, she was incredibly professional and responsive. She arranged a meet and greet at her house to ensure that Xin Le would be comfortable with her and her home environment. During our chat, I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge of dog care. She even gave me some fantastic advice on organic food, which I adopted immediately.
Mama Peggy is truly a dog whisperer; she understands dog personalities exceptionally well. While I was away, she took excellent care of Xin Le, providing regular updates and photos of how he was doing each day. Her patient and pleasant demeanor made me feel very comfortable entrusting her with my furson.

"An awesome couple to engage for cat sitting services! Seb and Tiff were amazing and really helped put my mind at ease when we had to be away for two weeks.
