"This is by far the best boarding experience myself and my dog ever had, and I have been a pet owner since 2018.
I get timely updates from Koh, and her family really loves dogs. Boba is very well taken care of, and they brought him out on surprise trips to dog park, in addition to the routine morning and night walks.
It is wonderful and very assuring to know that my furry baby is having a good time when we are not around. It really brings peace of mind to everyone.

"Cliff was incredibly friendly and kind, and we really appreciated receiving daily updates from him while we were away on our trip. Maple happened to be on her first heat throughout her entire stay, but Cliff was very understanding and helped with the cleaning while keeping her comfortable and well cared for. "Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Jill is a very responsible and caring pet sitter. My senior dog has respiratory and anxiety issues, and she was extremely patient and attentive, keeping in close communication with me throughout. She also went above and beyond by helping with basic grooming; cleaning his eyes and ears, trimming his nails, and even giving him a shower.
My dog was clearly comfortable, calm, and happy under her care. A big thank you to Jill! I will definitely engage her services again and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a trustworthy and dedicated pet sitter while traveling."

"We had an excellent experience with Kate and her family. I left Maple in their care while I was overseas, and I couldn’t have asked for better support.
Maple has a specific routine, everything was followed carefully. I received regular photos which gave me real peace of mind.

"My parents used to help me take care of my dog, Nori, whenever I travel, but I wanted to start looking for alternatives as I didn’t want to inconvenience them as they are getting older. I preferred a home-based pet sitter who would be around 24/7, instead of putting Nori at a boarding facility which will probably leave the dogs confined within a space for most of the time and left alone at night (Nori has separation anxiety). I was worried for Nori as I haven’t engaged someone external to look after him before, but seeing how happy Nori was in Sandra’s frequent updates completely put me at ease. Sandra was meticulous in keeping up with his meals instructions which include some supplements and medication, and also helped shower him weekly and walked him twice a day. She has a big comfy bed for him and endless toys! She also generously offered him dental chews at her own expense. Sandra’s parents are dog lovers too and their interactions with Nori always puts a smile on my face ☺️ Sandra and her parents made internal arrangements so there would always be someone home with Nori which I very much appreciate! I would engage Sandra’s help again (if she is available!) for future travels and would recommend her if you are in the process of shortlisting a pet sitter. Thank you, Sandra!

"Eugene is an enthusiastic sitter who has a big caring heart. He has experienced caring for dogs of his own and is also understanding towards looking after other dogs. We arranged for a meet & greet session and to find out more. It was very difficult to get a sitter because it was during Dec period and also my dog has seizures needing daily medication. We needed someone to be able to provide the care and attention that my dog needed and Eugene was willing to take my dog in which we really appreciate. Would strongly recommend Eugene and also will board my dog with him in future. :)"
