"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jessie and her helper for taking care of Rocco, my 13yo jap spitz who is on perm meds for his arthritis.
it was truly difficult to find a boarder who is able to give oral meds AND willing to care for a senior dog. Luckily for me, i found Jessie ! We 1st had a daycare as trial in Jan and went ahead with boarding for 4 days in Feb.
Unfortunately, Rocco suddenly decided not to eat the very morning I was supposed to send him to Jessie's place for boarding. As it was too last minute to cancel the trip, i proceeded to board him and packed some additional meds just in case and prayed that his appetite will normalize soon.
As it turned out, his appetite remained poor for the 1st 2 days. Jessie and her helper were very patient and even made the effort to spoon fed and coax Rocco to get him to eat. Jessie was prompt in her updates on his condition and was very understanding with all my questions and requests to tweak his medication/food. Thankfully, he started to eat better during the last 2 days of boarding. She even provided some advice on home cooked food based on her personal experience when I went to pick Rocco up.
Overall, I am very pleased and relieved to have found Jessie. Given Rocco's age & condition, I am unsure if there will be an opportunity to engage her services again but in any case, THANK YOU Jessie! You are truly a godsend!

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "Very friendly and patient, Joz. Everyday she will sent pictures and updates of my doggy. Smooth communication with her. On plus point, she does pickup and sending back of the doggy too with a very minimal fee.
To be frank, this is my first time engaging pet sitter and I was quite concerned about the safety, managing of my dog etc.. After chatting with Joz via the apps for few times, she is very assuring that my dog will be in her good hands. So I decided to go with her.
True enough, my dog was enjoying too 😅 when Joz sent those photographs to me. My doggy is always in smiling look 🐶🐶 Definitely will look for Joz again should I be leaving town 😝"

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Very happy to have found Isabel to board both my dogs (14 years old Shih Tzu and 9 years old Jack Russell) with. Initially I was worried that my dogs wouldn’t be able to adjust to a new environment but Isabel and her family were very gentle and made both my dogs feel comfortable. I could tell that they were happy to be at her place (especially my Jack Russell, getting more walks than usual. He loves it!). She took really good care of them - feeds, walks and clean them. I also received daily video/photo updates. Would highly recommend Isabel and will definitely board my dogs here again if needed! "

"Great sitter who looked after x2 dogs well. She Understand Shibainu nature ie not very friendly to the other dogs, for example took them to dog run when they were alone. Basically she only have one booking at a time which indeed fit to my dogs.
Wud love to ask again in case I’ll be away. "
