"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "We were incredibly lucky to have found Meryl to take care of our senior Singapore Special while we were away for 2.5 weeks. We’ve never left his side for quite this long before and were understandably quite anxious at first, especially with his age, but Meryl was incredibly reassuring and communicative! So many updates, little photos and videos that really made us smile while we were away.
What really touched us was how she treated him like her own. We could tell that she was paying close attention to his routines, comfort, and little quirks. He came home so calm, content, and dare we say, happier than before we left! We even noticed he had become gentler when taking treats. Perhaps he learned a thing or two from being gentle with Meryl’s sweet baby, who shared so many special moments with him too.
As a pawrent, peace of mind that your pet is well taken care of while you’re away is a priceless thing. We feel like we’ve found the best sitter for our dog, someone we can trust. We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and attention Meryl gave our sweet old boy. We hope to meet up again soon for more play dates ❤️

"Andre, took very good care of Pages. Seems like they were best of friends even for a 5 nights stay over. I went over to pick my dog and I saw from the open door, both Pages and my dog watching t.v. Andre brought my dog out to walk 4-5 times a day and my dog loves it. I will recommend Andre to my friends if they ever need a dog sitter"
