"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "We were so lucky to have Raine watch Chao Ta for 8 days! She's incredibly friendly and patient, you can tell she genuinely loves animals. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Race took absolute top-notch care of our dog Hana. She patiently listened to all our instructions about Hana's care and followed them carefully. "Rachael & her family were very caring foster parents to our 1+ year old Golden Retriever, named Golden. At her house, which is big, Golden could run around to her heart content, at the front yard and at the back yard. The family lives in a lovely landed neighbourhood with lots & lots & lots of green spaces. The family cared for Golden very well & Golden is a happier & calmer dog when she returned home. I guess, Rachael's dog, Mr. Fletcher, also a Golden Retriever, but much older, imparted some calmness to our dog. She regularly updated us with photos & funny things about Golden, whether Golden's having her regular walks, eating, playing with Mr. Fletcher, or chilling/ resting with her fellow furry friend. I can tell that Rachael's kids also loved & cared for our Golden so much, especially the younger boy. It's a great decision to meet & pick Rachael's home as our Golden's temporary home, a staycation for her I would say. We could have our overseas holiday with peace in mind, knowing Golden is in a reliable hand. Highly recommending Rachael & her lovely family. :)"

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.
