"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Andrej’s family took great care of my dog while we were away. He also provided regular pics/updates to let me know how my dog was doing/adjusting to a new environment. He was also very flexible in accommodating the drop off and pick up times. Overall the experience was great and we’ll pick him as a dog sitter again any day!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better dogsitter for Buster. ❤️
Buster has separation anxiety, so leaving him while we were away on holiday was something we were really worried about. On his first night, he cried almost every hour because he missed us so much. Instead of getting frustrated, Risa showed him so much patience, kindness and genuine love. She made sure he was comforted, looked after and felt as safe as possible.
Throughout our trip, Risa kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands. It’s obvious that she truly loves dogs and treats them like they’re her own.
Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Buster. My kids went to pick up Buster and he was happy and well-loved. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with you again. We highly recommend Risa to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely care for their furry family member."

"We needed to find a pet sitter very last minute, and after looking around, we decided to leave our pug with Audrey, Hilary, and Irene because what stood out the most was that there would always be someone with the dogs 24/7.
Our pug can sometimes be nervous around other dogs, so I was worried about how she would adjust to the dogs in the house. But as soon as she arrived, she immediately started exploring the house and surprisingly got along very well with the other dogs, which made us feel so relieved. The dogs in their home were also senior dogs, so they respected each other’s space and did not bother one another. She also became clingy to them so quickly, which made us feel even more reassured that she was comfortable and happy there.
While caring for her, they took her on multiple walks, sent us adorable photos and updates, and genuinely cared for her with so much warmth and attention. Seeing her comfortable and well cared for gave us such peace of mind.
If we ever need a sitter again in the future, we would absolutely trust Audrey, Hilary, and Irene again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!"

"Lina was absolutely wonderful with our dog. She sent us lots of photos and regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She is clearly very experienced and thoughtful, and always seemed to know how to help him settle down, feel comfortable, and stay happy. We also really appreciated how flexible she was when we unexpectedly needed to extend his stay. We’re very grateful for the care and attention she gave him and would happily leave him with Lina again."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.

"We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing care given to our poodle, Asher, during the 14 nights we were overseas. Leaving your furkid behind for such a long trip is never easy, but from day one, we felt completely reassured knowing Asher was in a caring, responsible, and loving hands of Jessie and Sue.
Throughout the entire stay, we received regular updates, photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to see how comfortable and happy Asher was. It was clear that he was genuinely cared for like family. His routines, meals, walks, playtime, and comfort were all handled with great attention and patience.
When we returned, Asher was healthy, relaxed, cheerful, and clearly very attached to his caregivers — which says everything about the quality of care he received. Jessie even went out of the way when the doggy diapers was not enough to cover the 14 nights. We truly appreciate the dedication, warmth, and professionalism shown throughout the stay.

"Wan Yi (and Jamie) took such good care of Mr Moby. They are true animal lovers who are very experienced with dogs. Moby had so much fun boarding at Wan Yi’s and playing with Chewy that he didnt want to go home. Wan Yi provided good updates and brought Moby out for regular walks. Thank you for much again!"

"Rebecca has been a great petsitter for my maltipoo. She is very introverted and never got along well with humans or other pets, but she stayed well with Rebecca's care. Rebecca walked her everyday and made an extra effort to send pictures and videos to make sure that we don't miss her too much. We felt really comfortable with her caring, and I'm asking Rebecca to take care of our dog for another long home-away period in June and July. Thank you Rebecca!"

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. If there is a Michelin score for dog boarders, Capri will be a definite winner. Thank you, Capri."

"Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.
Both dogs were very well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to board with Sheri and Michael again. Highly recommended, and many thanks from Wilma and Queeny."
