"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "Evelyn is patient with my 11yo dog. My dog is deaf and eyes abit weak. Required daily on eyes drops and changing of pampers 3-4 times. Evelyn has been assisting with all these and sending daily updates to ease my worry while I am away. Evelyn assisted with daily home cooked food for my dog. After discussing, she added some pumpkin soup for my dog to ease my dog in her pooping (My dog is old and has problem with pooping). Will definitely book her again if her slots are available next round. "

"We were incredibly lucky to have found Meryl to take care of our senior Singapore Special while we were away for 2.5 weeks. We’ve never left his side for quite this long before and were understandably quite anxious at first, especially with his age, but Meryl was incredibly reassuring and communicative! So many updates, little photos and videos that really made us smile while we were away.
What really touched us was how she treated him like her own. We could tell that she was paying close attention to his routines, comfort, and little quirks. He came home so calm, content, and dare we say, happier than before we left! We even noticed he had become gentler when taking treats. Perhaps he learned a thing or two from being gentle with Meryl’s sweet baby, who shared so many special moments with him too.
As a pawrent, peace of mind that your pet is well taken care of while you’re away is a priceless thing. We feel like we’ve found the best sitter for our dog, someone we can trust. We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and attention Meryl gave our sweet old boy. We hope to meet up again soon for more play dates ❤️

My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:).
