"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. I can’t thank Dora enough for the incredible care she gave my dog, Dixie. It was her first time looking after Dixie, yet she handled everything with such love, patience, and attention to detail. Dora went above and beyond, she even cooked for Dixie and hand-fed her to make sure she was comfortable and well-fed.
What touched me most was how thoughtful she was in keeping me updated. She sent lots of videos and photos, which really eased my heart and gave me complete peace of mind knowing Dixie was happy and well cared for.

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding. "Evelyn is patient with my 11yo dog. My dog is deaf and eyes abit weak. Required daily on eyes drops and changing of pampers 3-4 times. Evelyn has been assisting with all these and sending daily updates to ease my worry while I am away. Evelyn assisted with daily home cooked food for my dog. After discussing, she added some pumpkin soup for my dog to ease my dog in her pooping (My dog is old and has problem with pooping). Will definitely book her again if her slots are available next round. "
