"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. A big thank you to Kyler, your mum & helper for the care & love for Leah the 8 days she was there. We will definitely look for you again when we need dog boarding! 😊"

I recently engaged Geraldine to care for my puppy Hershey for two separate boarding periods (December 1-11 and December 14-23), and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service provided. Geraldine is clearly a very experienced dog lover, and it showed in every aspect of her care throughout both stays.
What impressed me most was Geraldine’s unwavering attention to detail and genuine dedication across both boarding periods. She provided daily updates on Hershey, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Beyond just feeding and walking, Geraldine went above and beyond - she cleaned Hershey’s feeding pot, carefully cleaned his paws, and even took care of his ear cleaning. These thoughtful actions demonstrated her commitment to maintaining Hershey’s hygiene and overall wellbeing.
The fact that Hershey settled in comfortably during both stays speaks volumes about Geraldine’s consistency and the trust she built with my puppy. Upon my return after each boarding period, Hershey was happy, healthy, and clearly at ease. It’s obvious that my puppy was in loving, capable hands throughout both experiences.
Geraldine’s professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for animals make her an exceptional pet sitter. I would absolutely engage Geraldine again without hesitation and highly recommend her services to any pet owner looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and thorough care.

"I boarded my schnauzer, Cookie, with Grace for about 10 days while I was travelling, and I’m really grateful for the care she provided.
You can immediately tell that she genuinely loves dogs, especially schnauzers. Cookie is already a senior dog, so I’m usually quite particular about where I leave her, but I felt very reassured throughout the stay.
She took Cookie out for regular walks and sent updates and photos, which I really appreciated while I was away. From the photos and videos, it was very clear that Cookie was happy, relaxed, and well looked after.
It’s not easy to find someone who treats your dog like their own, but she really does. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible dog boarder, especially if you have a schnauzer or an older dog that needs a bit more attention.

"Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding. I could really tell my dogs enjoyed their time with Eugene so much so that they had wanted to jump back into his car when he handed them back to me 😅 Definitely a trusted, dedicated & responsible sitter! "We needed to travel to Malaysia during the CNY period for family gatherings and visitations, and we were so grateful that Joanne was able to accommodate our request to care for our dog, Lyra.
We dropped Lyra off at Joanne’s place early in the morning, and she was wonderfully taken care of throughout her stay. Joanne provided regular photo updates during Lyra’s meal times and daily walks—twice a day, just as we do at home. The frequency and timing of the updates were just right, giving us peace of mind that Lyra was happy and well looked after.
When we picked Lyra up after 10 days, she ran up to me with her tail wagging happily—a clear sign that she had a great time and felt comfortable with Joanne.

"Meryl is such a patient and loving sitter . We had our mini Australian Shepherd, Hailey with her for day care and another for a 1N boarding and Hailey simply felt so comfortable and relaxed at their home. Hailey has an injured paw and needs some care/extra support in terms of massages , heat pack treatments and shorter walks .. and Meryl was very meticulous in understanding how we do it and applied them very attentively and carefully. We feel very safe and comfortable leaving our Hailey with her ..and we are convinced Hailey our pup is too staying there with her and her family!
Oh yes and of course all the photos and constant updates had us feeling great that Hailey was having fun there be it day care or boarding overnight there. "

"I would give Vera 10 stars if I could! She took such great care of our 17 year old dog, Cookie, that he was genuinely depressed to return home to us!! Vera is very experienced with dogs and was able to cater and adapt to our dog's changing needs settling into a new environment. Vera was very communicative throughout the booking process and during Cookie's week-long stay. This included daily photo updates that really put us at ease while our family was overseas. Vera is a very caring and dedicated dog-sitter and I would recommend her without any hesitation. "

"We left Buddy with Megan for a long stay (20 days) and were extremely happy with how everything went. We chose Megan as a sitter because she has her own dogs and clearly knew what was involved with looking after dogs. She also looks after other dogs and so we knew that Buddy would not be bored and have plenty of company. Buddy was on a course of medication when we dropped him off which Megan diligently continued with. She also provided us with regular updates so we could see that Buddy was having a good time. We will certainly contact Megan again next time we need a sitter."

"We were very blessed to have Lyn and her beautiful family taking care of Domo while we were away. Lyn was very meticulous and into every detail of Domo’s needs. This included feeding her with an oral tablet an hour before mealtimes. Her girls were especially proactive in caring for Domo 🫶. They have showered Domo with lots of love and care, making Domo very comfortable as she can be timid and manja. Will definitely leave Domo with Lyn in the future. Lyn also sent across photo or video update daily. Highly recommended!"

"Feel very lucky and grateful to be able to engage her service as our doggie had a wonderful boarding during our absence.
The caregiver is a calm and patient person, that is important as our dog maybe rowdy at times. The family members are very chill so you can expect a calm environment for your pet.
House is very well keep and neat. This give you the confident that the doggie will be in a safe place.
The estate environment is another confident boost as the area are very clean and lots of greenery. So you are rest assured of your doggie hygiene during a small walk downstairs. Jurong lake garden is also just across the street.
Overall, I would say the caregiver’s character, upkeep of home and estate environment is a good mix for consideration shall you want to put your doggie for boarding.
5 stars boarding in my own opinions."
