"It was my first time doing pet boarding, and to be honest was quite nervous about how it would go. Although the location was quite far from her place, if i have to choose someone to take care of my pet again i definitely will still go to her😅 here’s why:
Raine was super prompt in her replies (thank goodness as i really needed to find one urgently). Thank you 😭
It’s such a blessing to have her take care of my pet, as she sends pictures, videos of my puppy very frequently which makes me feel at ease as well 🥹
Also, when my puppy has a few accidents (peeing at the wrong places 😆, she still is very patient with him & me as well, which i am really grateful for.
Thanks to her, my puppy got to socialise with a few other dogs under her care as well, which i am really glad! Her place is really clean and huge as well, so they were able to run around! 😆
Lastly, you can really tell that she really loves and cares for pets just by meeting and chatting with her.
I usually don’t give reviews, but for this I think she really exceeded my expectations so…if you want to go on holiday but yet feel at ease that your dog not only is taken care of but happy as well, book her! :)

"Cecilia is really awesome towards the furkids and had absolutely taken good care of my dog during my short vacation trip. She is knowledgeable about furkids (especially dogs). My dog felt so comfortable with her as well as other dogs during the stay. I definitely book her again whenever I’m away for vacation trips which puts my mind at ease and I know my pet is in safe hands. "

"She is a dedicated pet sitter because:
-there is always someone in the house to take care of the dogs
-she makes sure that they get along well
- there is ample space in the house for the dogs to run around, and should some need to be separated, there are enough separate living spaces as well.
- She has a genuine love for the dogs that she takes care of, unlike some pet sitters who do it more for the money than for taking care of the doggies at all.
- she also provides multiple updates throughout your doge's stay over there.

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Feel very lucky and grateful to be able to engage her service as our doggie had a wonderful boarding during our absence.
The caregiver is a calm and patient person, that is important as our dog maybe rowdy at times. The family members are very chill so you can expect a calm environment for your pet.
House is very well keep and neat. This give you the confident that the doggie will be in a safe place.
The estate environment is another confident boost as the area are very clean and lots of greenery. So you are rest assured of your doggie hygiene during a small walk downstairs. Jurong lake garden is also just across the street.
Overall, I would say the caregiver’s character, upkeep of home and estate environment is a good mix for consideration shall you want to put your doggie for boarding.
5 stars boarding in my own opinions."

"We had such a wonderful experience with Jojo.
Our dog, Cooky, stayed 4 nights with Jojo and her dog, Fuji. Cooky is usually very timid, but Jojo and family went out of their way to make Cooky feel comfortable and cared for. Not only did Jojo kindly prepare cooked food for him (which was not required), she also managed everything so well while caring for her own dog at the same time. On top of that, she offered to give our dog a bath, which was such a thoughtful gesture and beyond what we expected. We’re so grateful for their kindness and dedication — highly recommended!

"Rachael & her family were very caring foster parents to our 1+ year old Golden Retriever, named Golden. At her house, which is big, Golden could run around to her heart content, at the front yard and at the back yard. The family lives in a lovely landed neighbourhood with lots & lots & lots of green spaces. The family cared for Golden very well & Golden is a happier & calmer dog when she returned home. I guess, Rachael's dog, Mr. Fletcher, also a Golden Retriever, but much older, imparted some calmness to our dog. She regularly updated us with photos & funny things about Golden, whether Golden's having her regular walks, eating, playing with Mr. Fletcher, or chilling/ resting with her fellow furry friend. I can tell that Rachael's kids also loved & cared for our Golden so much, especially the younger boy. It's a great decision to meet & pick Rachael's home as our Golden's temporary home, a staycation for her I would say. We could have our overseas holiday with peace in mind, knowing Golden is in a reliable hand. Highly recommending Rachael & her lovely family. :)"
