"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Sonia has looked after my cat for 3 nights at her home, before I fly out from Singapore and return to my home country. She took great care of my 18 years old cat, was thoughtful and caring, prepared well for my cat’s upcoming long flight, updated me with videos and photos quite frequently when Sonia was home, provided a separate room from her own cats that made my cat have a relaxing time during the stay. Really appreciate Sonia’s support. Highly recommended 😊"

"Andre, took very good care of Pages. Seems like they were best of friends even for a 5 nights stay over. I went over to pick my dog and I saw from the open door, both Pages and my dog watching t.v. "It was the first time I sent my dog to Sharon. She and her family had taken care of my dog very well and my dog looked very happy during his stay with her family. She even took the initiative to count the freeze dried nuggets on the 1st day of the stay and informed me that they weren't sufficient for all my dog's meals and would give him some of her cooked food. We felt safe and assured to put our dog under her care."
