"Jes constantly updates us on our dog with photos and videos. Constant communication with us on the well being of our dog such as updating of our dog walking routine and feeding status. Jes even helps to groom our dog on her own accord. Our dog came back looking more clean, fluffy and handsome as compare to before. "

"Ling was an angel and we couldn't ask for more.
It was a last minute booking during a public holiday weekend and having never boarded our dogs before (hearing horror stories of blinded eyes and tick infestations) we started exploring home-boarding options with the hope to find a loving & intimate environment instead of one that is professional albeit aloof, as we felt that would be the best experience for our furbabies. We of course had our fair share of concerns in the reliability of a more casual environment and had to take a leap of faith but after this experience with Ling I cannot say that we could have made any better decision.
I dropped off the dogs a day before leaving for our holiday and by the time I left, Ling had managed to help us feel completely at ease that our dogs would be in really good care. She proactively made sure she had the information she needed on ours and our dogs' habits and preferences and spammed us with lots of updates and discoveries throughout the day, everyday. She also remained flexible with requests and was more than happy to extend her stay when my return was severely delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
Our babies were returned to us happy and completely exhausted as they had so much more fun with her family and other boarding dogs than at home and I almost felt bad for taking them back from her place. Our hyperactive Italian greyhound puppy and attention craving Pomeranian big baby were chill & calm for days after returning from her place and as busy dog owners we cannot be more grateful.
Big thanks Ling & family for loving our furbabies and their antics - I am convinced your popularity will skyrocket in no time, and when that happens please always be sure to reserve a space for our little ones as I wouldn't want to have them anywhere else. :)"

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she donât seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"My Lucas, who is a senior dog, recently stayed with Sandra, and the experience was nothing short of amazing.
From the moment we met Sandra, it was clear how much she genuinely cares for animals. She took the time to understand Lucas's needs, his routine, and any special requirements due to his age. "Glad is a patient and caring sitter. My friend and I have been engaging his services for about a month now for both Riley and Snickers. He genuinely cares about dogs and pays extra care to their needs from dietary requirements, daily habits & needs. The dogs even get multiple walks daily and trips to the dog park where they get to socialize and play with the other dogs. What really makes me love placing the dogs there is that even his entire family loves them! My mind is at total ease whenever the dogs are under their care. There will always be someone around to watch over the dogs at home. I would definitely recommend Glad to those of you who are looking for a sitter for your doggos. I'm 100% sure they would be taken care of and loved by Glad and his whole family (even Hayley, their own family dog)!"
