"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "Annie is an excellent pet sitter. I was updated everyday with plenty of photos/videos and a little summary of how they spent their day without me prompting for it - something which I really appreciate and puts me at absolute ease when I’m away. I could also tell that she is very experienced in handling dogs and understands their behavior. From sharing toys, cooking boiled eggs and bringing him out as much as possible, Annie will definitely be my first choice for boarding again. Thank you for treating my pet like your own ☺️"

"Jill is simply the best sitter you can find….she loves animals and you can see she genuinely cares for them. For around 10 days, she managed to gain Bison’s trust with nail trimming which i have given up a long time ago. I’m sure it took a lot of time and patience. Jill also offered to bring Bison back home as my flight reached late in the night and even bathed him so he comes back smelling nice. She gives regular updates. She is currently in sabbatical so she was able to spend quality time with Bison. I’m so glad i found her.❤️"

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"Very friendly and patient, Joz. Everyday she will sent pictures and updates of my doggy. Smooth communication with her. On plus point, she does pickup and sending back of the doggy too with a very minimal fee.
To be frank, this is my first time engaging pet sitter and I was quite concerned about the safety, managing of my dog etc.. After chatting with Joz via the apps for few times, she is very assuring that my dog will be in her good hands. So I decided to go with her.
True enough, my dog was enjoying too 😅 when Joz sent those photographs to me. My doggy is always in smiling look 🐶🐶 Definitely will look for Joz again should I be leaving town 😝"

"Great sitter who looked after x2 dogs well. She Understand Shibainu nature ie not very friendly to the other dogs, for example took them to dog run when they were alone. Basically she only have one booking at a time which indeed fit to my dogs.

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details.
