"Highly recommended! This was my first time booking with Dawn, and I chose her because of her vet tech experience, which really came in handy as she was savvy with my dog’s medical needs. Dawn was a 100% great communicator, she was frequent and regular with her updates, I never had to worry about my dog because of that. She was also very patient with my long list of notes regarding the quirks and preferences of my dog, and was always conscientious in making sure she understands them well. She responds really quickly as well on WhatsApp, which is key for me as I wanted to know that I can easily reach the person who’s taking care of my dog. I could also see my dog enjoying his stay at Dawn’s which was a relief for me! Overall, a very satisfied experience, highly recommended. "

"Mei Jun and her husband has exceeded our expectations, showed exceptional care and asked us many important questions.
Updated us daily on our dog’s status and when we came to collect our dog it’s as if she was even cleaner than when we have left her in their care.

"Tif took care of our two fur baby cats. She was so attentive and gave us daily updates with pics and videos. Even giving some treats too! We’re in Australia and our cats in Singapore and we felt so relaxed know they were in such good hands. She even coordinated with the company handling their relocation back to Australia. Would recommend Tif to take care of your fur babies too. "

"Velynn has been great to work with and she took good care of my 2 fur babies for 1.5 weeks while I was out of town. She sent me daily updates with videos of my fur babies doing silly things as usual. She responded to messages promptly when I had questions. It’s apparent she is experienced in handling dogs. She has a large space for all the dogs to roam around so they get to know each other. We will definitely go back to see Velynn for our next petting sitting need. "

"Budda had an enjoyable stay at Val’s place, we could tell that he was super happy and had loads of fun☺️ Val was very conscientious in taking good care of him and being super patient and loving to Budda. "We discovered Guo Wei when searching for a nearby pet sitter, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience. From our initial meeting with Guowei and our dog Spanner, it was clear he is a true animal lover. He took the time to get to know Spanner, showed us where she would spend her time, and carefully observed her interaction with his dog Bebin before committing to boarding her.
Throughout Spanner's stay, Guowei kept us updated on her well-being with regular photos of her enjoying walks around the neighborhood and her delicious meals—each picture was truly Instagram-worthy! It's safe to say Spanner had such a fantastic time that she seemed a bit down upon returning home, clearly missing the wonderful environment Guowei provided.

"Tracy is a fantastic sitter. My pet easily get used to her because she can really understand what the cat wants. Her dedicated service removed my anxiety while I travelled because her monitoring my cat with care was delivered constantly as daily report. Environment for my cat was really considerable such as toys, cat tree at pet dedicated room. My cat really enjoyed especially view from cat tree. Furthermore, her arrangement was very organized and efficient. I really appreciated her prompt arrangement when I pick up / pass my cat to her on my way to the airport. I definitely will ask her for next time, too."
