"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jessie and her helper for taking care of Rocco, my 13yo jap spitz who is on perm meds for his arthritis.
it was truly difficult to find a boarder who is able to give oral meds AND willing to care for a senior dog. Luckily for me, i found Jessie ! We 1st had a daycare as trial in Jan and went ahead with boarding for 4 days in Feb.
Unfortunately, Rocco suddenly decided not to eat the very morning I was supposed to send him to Jessie's place for boarding. As it was too last minute to cancel the trip, i proceeded to board him and packed some additional meds just in case and prayed that his appetite will normalize soon.
As it turned out, his appetite remained poor for the 1st 2 days. Jessie and her helper were very patient and even made the effort to spoon fed and coax Rocco to get him to eat. Jessie was prompt in her updates on his condition and was very understanding with all my questions and requests to tweak his medication/food. Thankfully, he started to eat better during the last 2 days of boarding. She even provided some advice on home cooked food based on her personal experience when I went to pick Rocco up.
Overall, I am very pleased and relieved to have found Jessie. Given Rocco's age & condition, I am unsure if there will be an opportunity to engage her services again but in any case, THANK YOU Jessie! You are truly a godsend!

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We recently had the pleasure of having Weilin and Dickson to take care of our dog while we were on our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting, it was clear that they are true animal lovers with a deep understanding of pet care. They communicated with us regularly while we were away, sending updates and photos that put our minds at ease. Our dog immediately took a liking to them and their dog, and it was clear that he was comfortable and was enjoying his stay with them.

"I sent my corgi for dog boarding with Agui recently. My family and I definitely felt fully satisfied and happy with the experience. She was really kind and patient during all meet and greet sessions towards our pet and showed love and care. She sent many picutres during the boarding too! When she came back Agui even gave us fruitful advice for taking care of our furry friend better and she even taught our dog a new trick! She brought our dog for walks multiple times daily and she also bathed, cut nails and combed our dog's fur. Highly recommend you to select Agui as your dog care taker. Overall Agui showed love care and patience to our pet and she'll very much take care of any other too! "

"Jasmine is a very good dog sitter, I highly recommend her! Our dog stayed the first time with Jasmine and it went perfectly well! "Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "Lin and Stefano were amazing! I got very regular updates including pictures and even videos. From talking with them you can easily see these are experienced dog owners and experienced dog sitters who know what they are doing. I felt at ease leaving my dog Yasmin with them even if I was half way around the world. Yasmin even had a doggy friend to play with which was a treat for her. Communication was quick and easy all the way from initial contact throughout the entire stay. I would contact Lin should I need a dog sitter again."

"Great sitter who looked after x2 dogs well. She Understand Shibainu nature ie not very friendly to the other dogs, for example took them to dog run when they were alone. Basically she only have one booking at a time which indeed fit to my dogs.
Wud love to ask again in case I’ll be away. "
