"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Jes constantly updates us on our dog with photos and videos. Constant communication with us on the well being of our dog such as updating of our dog walking routine and feeding status. Jes even helps to groom our dog on her own accord. Our dog came back looking more clean, fluffy and handsome as compare to before. "

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Jasmine is a very good dog sitter, I highly recommend her! Our dog stayed the first time with Jasmine and it went perfectly well! Jasmine was very attentive and responsible, she took care of our dog and considered all the smallest details regarding her food, character, etc. She updated me several times per day with photo and video. "Lea and Max were the best dog sitters we have ever had! Usually I'm filled with anxiety when I leave my dogs with sitters for the first time but I honestly think my dogs had a better time with them than us! They had excellent communication and we loved having the daily updates of all of their adventures. They loved them like they were their own dogs. "We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. "We were incredibly lucky to have found Meryl to take care of our senior Singapore Special while we were away for 2.5 weeks. We’ve never left his side for quite this long before and were understandably quite anxious at first, especially with his age, but Meryl was incredibly reassuring and communicative! So many updates, little photos and videos that really made us smile while we were away.
What really touched us was how she treated him like her own. We could tell that she was paying close attention to his routines, comfort, and little quirks. He came home so calm, content, and dare we say, happier than before we left! We even noticed he had become gentler when taking treats. Perhaps he learned a thing or two from being gentle with Meryl’s sweet baby, who shared so many special moments with him too.
As a pawrent, peace of mind that your pet is well taken care of while you’re away is a priceless thing. We feel like we’ve found the best sitter for our dog, someone we can trust. We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and attention Meryl gave our sweet old boy. We hope to meet up again soon for more play dates ❤️
