"Jes constantly updates us on our dog with photos and videos. Constant communication with us on the well being of our dog such as updating of our dog walking routine and feeding status. Jes even helps to groom our dog on her own accord. Our dog came back looking more clean, fluffy and handsome as compare to before. "

"Ling was an angel and we couldn't ask for more.
It was a last minute booking during a public holiday weekend and having never boarded our dogs before (hearing horror stories of blinded eyes and tick infestations) we started exploring home-boarding options with the hope to find a loving & intimate environment instead of one that is professional albeit aloof, as we felt that would be the best experience for our furbabies. We of course had our fair share of concerns in the reliability of a more casual environment and had to take a leap of faith but after this experience with Ling I cannot say that we could have made any better decision.
I dropped off the dogs a day before leaving for our holiday and by the time I left, Ling had managed to help us feel completely at ease that our dogs would be in really good care. She proactively made sure she had the information she needed on ours and our dogs' habits and preferences and spammed us with lots of updates and discoveries throughout the day, everyday. She also remained flexible with requests and was more than happy to extend her stay when my return was severely delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
Our babies were returned to us happy and completely exhausted as they had so much more fun with her family and other boarding dogs than at home and I almost felt bad for taking them back from her place. Our hyperactive Italian greyhound puppy and attention craving Pomeranian big baby were chill & calm for days after returning from her place and as busy dog owners we cannot be more grateful.
Big thanks Ling & family for loving our furbabies and their antics - I am convinced your popularity will skyrocket in no time, and when that happens please always be sure to reserve a space for our little ones as I wouldn't want to have them anywhere else. :)"

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Jasmine is a very good dog sitter, I highly recommend her! Our dog stayed the first time with Jasmine and it went perfectly well! Jasmine was very attentive and responsible, she took care of our dog and considered all the smallest details regarding her food, character, etc. She updated me several times per day with photo and video. "We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. If you want an excellent pet sitter who would put your dog's interest at the center, do book with Jessie."

"We were incredibly lucky to have found Meryl to take care of our senior Singapore Special while we were away for 2.5 weeks. We’ve never left his side for quite this long before and were understandably quite anxious at first, especially with his age, but Meryl was incredibly reassuring and communicative! So many updates, little photos and videos that really made us smile while we were away.
What really touched us was how she treated him like her own. We could tell that she was paying close attention to his routines, comfort, and little quirks. He came home so calm, content, and dare we say, happier than before we left! We even noticed he had become gentler when taking treats. Perhaps he learned a thing or two from being gentle with Meryl’s sweet baby, who shared so many special moments with him too.
As a pawrent, peace of mind that your pet is well taken care of while you’re away is a priceless thing. We feel like we’ve found the best sitter for our dog, someone we can trust. We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and attention Meryl gave our sweet old boy. We hope to meet up again soon for more play dates ❤️

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"Andre, took very good care of Pages. Seems like they were best of friends even for a 5 nights stay over. I went over to pick my dog and I saw from the open door, both Pages and my dog watching t.v. Andre brought my dog out to walk 4-5 times a day and my dog loves it. I will recommend Andre to my friends if they ever need a dog sitter"
