"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "This is the first time we sent our 13 year old Maltese, Riot for boarding.
Riot is timid and very attached to me and my husband. With Alan's experience and love, Riot felt calm and moved around comfortably in the new environment shortly after we left.
Alan walked Riot 3 times during his one day stay. Alan also shared updates and videos with us. We were so happy to see Riot spinning like a puppy in the video when Alan showed him the harness.
Thanks, Alan for taking good care of Riot like your family. We will definitely come back to you when we need to send Riot for boarding.

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Janice and her family while we were away. Our dog Bruno usually takes quite a while to warm up to new people, but he bonded with Janice and her family almost immediately, which honestly says everything about the care and warmth they gave him.
It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and affectionate he was with them. We could truly relax on our holiday knowing he was being cared for so well and treated like part of the family.

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. "We are glad that we found Evelyn before our trip to leave our timid female dog Mochi with.
Evelyn & the family took great care of Mochi & kept us updated of what's going on regularly.
They brought Mochi for long walks twice a day on daily basis, an activity that our dog enjoys so much. no wonder Mochi seems to be relax & comfortable. this is something that gave us a relief.
Evelyn's expertise in handling dog was displayed from the moment we met, and throughout the boarding period. this has kept us at ease while we were away from Mochi. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely find Evelyn again if we need to board Mochi with.

"Both Jae & Zq are obviously pet lovers themselves. Their home is very well kept and pet friendly. Their resident dog Elmo is very hospitable too! Charco felt super welcome, safe and comfortable the moment he was there with them. We were kept up to date with pics and videos of Charco’s daily activities and walks which we totally enjoyed getting in our WhatsApp Group Chat. Both Jae & Ze gave nothing but their best attention and care during Charco’s stay, ensuring he has his favourite morning egg and even took extra care when Charco had a little tummy upset. We have found Charco the best sitters in town and we are very lucky and happy to know them both and cute friendly Elmo too!

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Rachel had been very helpful , as I did a last minute booking and the process was smooth sailing. It is when you need help most, and not being rejected. Rachel did the check with some questionnaires before accepting my dog. About the dog's health,skin disease, behaviour and vaccines etc. Which I feel that it is so important because we don't want our dogs to get infected by others. So, this is another plus point for Rachel.
Snowy my dog had been very loved by her and her family. She is careful with my dog's food and separates her bowl with her other dog when eating because Snowy is vegetarian.
Rachel is responsible and reliable. I would highly recommend her. "
