"I’m really happy with the care my dog Panther received from Krystal and KK. They took amazing care of him from the moment I dropped him off. They even created a group chat and kept updating me about everything his morning, day, and night walks, his eating time, his playtime, and how he was doing throughout the day.

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Yazhi and her family took good care of mooncake while we were away. Mooncake felt comfortable with them since the 1st meet and greet. During their care, she was happy, she made friends and she behaved her true self like she was with us. Yazhi prepared for mooncake's stay and also, gave us daily updates of her wellbeing. "This is my first time using dog boarding and for my puppy Cookie, it was her first time to be away from home and my family. I am deeply grateful to Roxanne, her family and helper to care for and play with Cookie during my family’s overseas travel. The daily photos of Cookie being so happy and relaxed ease our hearts! We could be less guilty and enjoy our family trip! :) We came home to a joyful Cookie who now has another loving family to look forward to stay with when we have future family travels. "Highly recommended! This was my first time booking with Dawn, and I chose her because of her vet tech experience, which really came in handy as she was savvy with my dog’s medical needs. Dawn was a 100% great communicator, she was frequent and regular with her updates, I never had to worry about my dog because of that. She was also very patient with my long list of notes regarding the quirks and preferences of my dog, and was always conscientious in making sure she understands them well. She responds really quickly as well on WhatsApp, which is key for me as I wanted to know that I can easily reach the person who’s taking care of my dog. I could also see my dog enjoying his stay at Dawn’s which was a relief for me! Overall, a very satisfied experience, highly recommended. "

"Yoshi is so lucky to have such a loving and patient pet sitter. Yoshi had occasional accidents around the house, but Lee Lian and her family still evidently love to have him around and ease Yoshi to settle in successfully. "My parents used to help me take care of my dog, Nori, whenever I travel, but I wanted to start looking for alternatives as I didn’t want to inconvenience them as they are getting older. I preferred a home-based pet sitter who would be around 24/7, instead of putting Nori at a boarding facility which will probably leave the dogs confined within a space for most of the time and left alone at night (Nori has separation anxiety). I was worried for Nori as I haven’t engaged someone external to look after him before, but seeing how happy Nori was in Sandra’s frequent updates completely put me at ease. Sandra was meticulous in keeping up with his meals instructions which include some supplements and medication, and also helped shower him weekly and walked him twice a day. She has a big comfy bed for him and endless toys! She also generously offered him dental chews at her own expense. Sandra’s parents are dog lovers too and their interactions with Nori always puts a smile on my face ☺️ Sandra and her parents made internal arrangements so there would always be someone home with Nori which I very much appreciate! I would engage Sandra’s help again (if she is available!) for future travels and would recommend her if you are in the process of shortlisting a pet sitter. Thank you, Sandra!

"Bhavna and her family took extremely good care of our dog Miles. You can clearly see that she cares deeply for animals and also has the experience to care for them. She takes dog boarding very seriously. She will ensure that she is always home with the dog she is boarding and they are not left alone. We have boarded Miles twice before and she is by far the best boarder. Miles is really attached to us, so was suprised at how fast he adjusted to his new surroundings and humans. Bhavana not only gave us super updates everyday, she also made very cute videos of Miles every day that we really enjoyed watching. We were happy to see that he got pampered with love, attention, cosy sleeping space, lots of play time, treats and even coconut oil massages (that we requested for his skin). He really got a fun vacation for the 9 days we were away. I would definitely recommend Bhavna to anyone seeking a kind and diligent sitter for their pup. "
