"Helene is a friendly and responsible dog carer. Over the 12 days of caring for our pet, we have regular updates, pic and videos. She also communicates and we can see her love for pets. We liked that she asked permission prior to giving treats to our pet. Macy loves her very much.

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"This is the 2nd time Kylo stayed with these ladies. Kylo was very well taken care of when I was away for 11 days. There were frequent updates of Kylo with photos everyday. Audrey took extra care of Kylo's skin when he was scratching a lot and applied some lotion for him. after seeking my permission. She was very attentive towards Kylo.
Kylo was comfortable and happy with the family. Audrey, Hillary and Irene are genuine dog lovers and I am so glad to have found a lovely family for Kylo when I am away. They will be my first choice dog sitters. keep it up, ladies !!!!"

"Capri is an excellent host and a genuine dog-lover. My Cavapoo had a wonderful time during his 6 days of boarding. Capri and her partner took great care of my pet and ensured that he was never lonely or isolated. She shared almost 80 videos and pictures showing how much my pet thoroughly enjoys his time at their lovely home. Doing so also assured us pawrents, a peace of mind that he was well taken care of when we were away. Capri was given a set of care instructions, and she executed them with finesse. Having a senior dog of her own, the duo had a bundle of joy chasing each other around their bright and cheery house. For anyone considering boarding their dog, you won’t go wrong with Capri. If there is a Michelin score for dog boarders, Capri will be a definite winner. Thank you, Capri."

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Sheri and Michael are genuinely passionate about dogs, and it really shows in the care and attention they give our two doggies. We loved the frequent updates, lots of photos and fun videos throughout the day from morning to night, which kept us reassured and showed how happy the dogs were during the 4 days of stay.
Both dogs were very well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to board with Sheri and Michael again. Highly recommended, and many thanks from Wilma and Queeny."

"It was the first time I sent my dog to Sharon. She and her family had taken care of my dog very well and my dog looked very happy during his stay with her family. She even took the initiative to count the freeze dried nuggets on the 1st day of the stay and informed me that they weren't sufficient for all my dog's meals and would give him some of her cooked food. We felt safe and assured to put our dog under her care."
