"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Duan took excellent care of my puppy, Mifen, during her two-night stay. Mifen is a clingy and playful pup, but Duan made her feel right at home. She was well-fed, walked, brushed, and clearly loved. Duan also sent regular updates with photos and videos, which reassured me that Mifen was settling in well and having fun with her dogs. It was clear that Duan treated Mifen with genuine care and attention. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. I would absolutely trust Duan to look after Mifen again in the future."

"Sonia has looked after my cat for 3 nights at her home, before I fly out from Singapore and return to my home country. She took great care of my 18 years old cat, was thoughtful and caring, prepared well for my cat’s upcoming long flight, updated me with videos and photos quite frequently when Sonia was home, provided a separate room from her own cats that made my cat have a relaxing time during the stay. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Race took absolute top-notch care of our dog Hana. She patiently listened to all our instructions about Hana's care and followed them carefully. "It was the first time I sent my dog to Sharon. She and her family had taken care of my dog very well and my dog looked very happy during his stay with her family. She even took the initiative to count the freeze dried nuggets on the 1st day of the stay and informed me that they weren't sufficient for all my dog's meals and would give him some of her cooked food. We felt safe and assured to put our dog under her care."

"We highly recommend Jasmine! She looked after our German Shepherd, Dhana, again, and it was another wonderful experience. Dhana got along great with Jasmine's dog, Whisky—they rekindled their friendship quickly! Jasmine was attentive, ensuring Dhana received her medication properly. Throughout her stay, Dhana ate well, played happily, and clearly felt at home. Jasmine’s genuine care and attention to detail put us completely at ease. "Lin and Stefano were amazing! I got very regular updates including pictures and even videos. From talking with them you can easily see these are experienced dog owners and experienced dog sitters who know what they are doing. I felt at ease leaving my dog Yasmin with them even if I was half way around the world. Yasmin even had a doggy friend to play with which was a treat for her. Communication was quick and easy all the way from initial contact throughout the entire stay. I would contact Lin should I need a dog sitter again."

"I sent my corgi for dog boarding with Agui recently. My family and I definitely felt fully satisfied and happy with the experience. She was really kind and patient during all meet and greet sessions towards our pet and showed love and care. She sent many picutres during the boarding too! When she came back Agui even gave us fruitful advice for taking care of our furry friend better and she even taught our dog a new trick! She brought our dog for walks multiple times daily and she also bathed, cut nails and combed our dog's fur. Highly recommend you to select Agui as your dog care taker. Overall Agui showed love care and patience to our pet and she'll very much take care of any other too! "
