"10/10 would recommend. Charmaine is gentle and amazing with Biscuit despite the fact that it was his first time boarding. The space Biscuit was kept in has a big window with a cat tree so that he could people/bird watch during his stay there, whilst having enough room to move around. He gets to roam around from time to time as well and interact with the other kitties (:
Charmaine’s updates comes regularly with photos and/or videos to let me know how Biscuit is doing, as well as when she has given him his medication. She also went the extra mile to help out with some minor logistics that was required for Biscuit during his stay such as weighing his pee/water intake due to the vet’s instructions. Communications wise is a 10/10 as she gave quite a lot of updates despite the short boarding stay, which I appreciate a lot! 🫶🏻
Biscuit seems happy there (minus the initial day where he’s grumpy and needs to decompress), and is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to others to leave your catto in her care."

"Pearl and Wei Xuan are responsible animal lovers who took extra care and effort to make Maro feel comfortable at their home. They were able to give him the special attention he needed and he was very relaxed and happy at the end of the stay. They also regularly kept us updated with photos throughout the stay. "Lilian took care of our dog for two weeks while we were on vacation out of country. We could tell she was the sitter for us as soon as she met our dog at the meet and greet! Our dog loved her immediately and it was obvious that Lilian is an animal lover herself. Lilian was so communicative, sending us photos and videos at least once a day and sometimes multiple times per day. Our dog didn’t want to leave when it came time for her to come home! We’ll definitely be sending our dog to Lilian again next time we travel! :) "

"I can’t say enough good things about the couple who took care of my elderly dog while I was away. Leaving an older pet behind is never easy, but from the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease—and they absolutely lived up to that trust.
They were incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding of my dog’s needs. With age comes a slower pace and a few extra quirks, and they handled everything with such kindness and care. They made sure my dog was comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of gentle attention and affection.
What I appreciated most was the regular updates—they kept me reassured with messages and photos, which clearly showed how relaxed and content my dog was in their care. It meant a lot to know my pet wasn’t just being “looked after,” but genuinely cared for.
