"I couldn't be more grateful for the care Elaine provided to my dog, Chase, while I was away for the week. From the very first meet-and-greet, she was warm, professional, and clearly experienced with animals. Max took to her immediately.
Elaine provided regular updates with photos and short messages that really helped put my mind at ease. Chase looked happy, well-exercised, and loved. When I returned home, he was relaxed, healthy, and clearly had been in good hands.
What I appreciated most was Elaine’s attention to detail. She followed Chase's feeding and medication schedule perfectly, kept up with his daily walks, and even gave him a little brushing (which he usually resists, but seemed to tolerate from her!).
If you're looking for a trustworthy, loving, and responsible dog caregiver, I highly recommend Elaine. She treated Chase like her own, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. If you want an excellent pet sitter who would put your dog's interest at the center, do book with Jessie."

"Evelyn is patient with my 11yo dog. My dog is deaf and eyes abit weak. Required daily on eyes drops and changing of pampers 3-4 times. Evelyn has been assisting with all these and sending daily updates to ease my worry while I am away. Evelyn assisted with daily home cooked food for my dog. After discussing, she added some pumpkin soup for my dog to ease my dog in her pooping (My dog is old and has problem with pooping). Will definitely book her again if her slots are available next round. "

"Cecilia is really awesome towards the furkids and had absolutely taken good care of my dog during my short vacation trip. She is knowledgeable about furkids (especially dogs). My dog felt so comfortable with her as well as other dogs during the stay. "It was my first time doing pet boarding, and to be honest was quite nervous about how it would go. Although the location was quite far from her place, if i have to choose someone to take care of my pet again i definitely will still go to her😅 here’s why:
Raine was super prompt in her replies (thank goodness as i really needed to find one urgently). Thank you 😭
It’s such a blessing to have her take care of my pet, as she sends pictures, videos of my puppy very frequently which makes me feel at ease as well 🥹
Also, when my puppy has a few accidents (peeing at the wrong places 😆, she still is very patient with him & me as well, which i am really grateful for.
Thanks to her, my puppy got to socialise with a few other dogs under her care as well, which i am really glad! Her place is really clean and huge as well, so they were able to run around! 😆
Lastly, you can really tell that she really loves and cares for pets just by meeting and chatting with her.
I usually don’t give reviews, but for this I think she really exceeded my expectations so…if you want to go on holiday but yet feel at ease that your dog not only is taken care of but happy as well, book her! :)

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.
