"It was truly a great experience with Iris knowing my dog is in great hands, cared for and loved. He was happy and comfortable there. Being a dog owner herself, she knows how to care for my dog. At the last sitter's place, my dog didn't eat his meals and was not feeling comfortable. He also had diarrhea and vomited. We are so glad Iris is very attentive to him and cared for him like her own. "

"This was a trial stay before CNY, and Janee took very good care of Mayo. She kept me updated with photos and videos, and the pictures she took were amazing — they honestly looked like professional photos.
Mayo is a rescue dog and can be a bit shy around other dogs. Janee was very thoughtful and made sure Mayo stayed within her comfort zone. She even arranged for her own dog to stay with relatives nearby, just so Mayo could feel safe and relaxed.
I really appreciate her care, patience, and kindness. Highly recommended.

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place.
