"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "I couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received! From the moment we met, it was clear that they genuinely love animals and take their job seriously. Fern was reliable, communicative, and incredibly attentive to every detail of my dog’s routine.
I received daily updates—complete with photos and little notes—which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Our dog looked so relaxed and happy in every picture, and when we returned and went to pick him up, it was obvious he’d been loved and well cared for.
Fern went above and beyond, even taking extra time for play, brushing, and entertaining my dog.

"Yazhi and her family took good care of mooncake while we were away. Mooncake felt comfortable with them since the 1st meet and greet. During their care, she was happy, she made friends and she behaved her true self like she was with us. Yazhi prepared for mooncake's stay and also, gave us daily updates of her wellbeing. "We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. If you want an excellent pet sitter who would put your dog's interest at the center, do book with Jessie."

"This is my first time using dog boarding and for my puppy Cookie, it was her first time to be away from home and my family. I am deeply grateful to Roxanne, her family and helper to care for and play with Cookie during my family’s overseas travel. The daily photos of Cookie being so happy and relaxed ease our hearts! We could be less guilty and enjoy our family trip! :) We came home to a joyful Cookie who now has another loving family to look forward to stay with when we have future family travels. "We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Highly recommended! This was my first time booking with Dawn, and I chose her because of her vet tech experience, which really came in handy as she was savvy with my dog’s medical needs. Dawn was a 100% great communicator, she was frequent and regular with her updates, I never had to worry about my dog because of that. She was also very patient with my long list of notes regarding the quirks and preferences of my dog, and was always conscientious in making sure she understands them well. She responds really quickly as well on WhatsApp, which is key for me as I wanted to know that I can easily reach the person who’s taking care of my dog. I could also see my dog enjoying his stay at Dawn’s which was a relief for me! Overall, a very satisfied experience, highly recommended. "
