"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jessie and her helper for taking care of Rocco, my 13yo jap spitz who is on perm meds for his arthritis.
it was truly difficult to find a boarder who is able to give oral meds AND willing to care for a senior dog. Luckily for me, i found Jessie ! We 1st had a daycare as trial in Jan and went ahead with boarding for 4 days in Feb.
Unfortunately, Rocco suddenly decided not to eat the very morning I was supposed to send him to Jessie's place for boarding. As it was too last minute to cancel the trip, i proceeded to board him and packed some additional meds just in case and prayed that his appetite will normalize soon.
As it turned out, his appetite remained poor for the 1st 2 days. Jessie and her helper were very patient and even made the effort to spoon fed and coax Rocco to get him to eat. Jessie was prompt in her updates on his condition and was very understanding with all my questions and requests to tweak his medication/food. Thankfully, he started to eat better during the last 2 days of boarding. She even provided some advice on home cooked food based on her personal experience when I went to pick Rocco up.
Overall, I am very pleased and relieved to have found Jessie. Given Rocco's age & condition, I am unsure if there will be an opportunity to engage her services again but in any case, THANK YOU Jessie! You are truly a godsend!

"Deserves 5 stars in all aspects! Annie keeps me well updated everyday with photos and videos of his walks and play time, where he had been to, how long he had walked. On days where it rained the whole day and he didn’t get to go for long walks, she was being honest as well. Overall very comfortable with her service and care for my dog, and can see from all the photos how happy and enjoyable this “holiday” for my fur kid was! Forsee myself as a repeated customer ☺️👍🏻💯"

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. "We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"

"I recently left my dog Peanut with Min for 3 nights. It is the first time we leave our dog with a pet sitter. Min is attentive and making sure that Peanut felt welcome and comfortable at home. One of the highlights of Peanut’s stay was the wonderful companionship of Whisky (Min’s dog), who is such a friendly and playful dog. Peanut has an amazing time running around with Whisky!
