"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We recently had the pleasure of having Weilin and Dickson to take care of our dog while we were on our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting, it was clear that they are true animal lovers with a deep understanding of pet care. They communicated with us regularly while we were away, sending updates and photos that put our minds at ease. Our dog immediately took a liking to them and their dog, and it was clear that he was comfortable and was enjoying his stay with them.

"Clarabel is thoughtful and meticulous when she took care of my dog, Jojo, for 4 nights. She sent timely updates about Jojo, like how she’s playing with her dog, Miso, and how was Jojo eating, sleeping etc. She is an experienced dog owner and hence also took great care of Jojo. She gave us some of her kibbles for Jojo to try as Jojo really liked them. She also prepped meals for Jojo when she didn’t feel like having the dinner we prepared for her beforehand. Overall, Clarabel is a conscientious trustable sitter! :) "

"Left beloved Frenchie, Bonnie in Joanne's capable hands when I went for a quick weekend visit to my in-laws. The booking process was quick and her communication was prompt.
What I really loved was how she kept me updated everyday on Bonnie. She was attentive to Bonnie's skin conditions and even went the extra mile to ensure she was comfortable throughout. "Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Great sitter who looked after x2 dogs well. She Understand Shibainu nature ie not very friendly to the other dogs, for example took them to dog run when they were alone. Basically she only have one booking at a time which indeed fit to my dogs.
Wud love to ask again in case I’ll be away. "

"We left Buddy with Megan for a long stay (20 days) and were extremely happy with how everything went. We chose Megan as a sitter because she has her own dogs and clearly knew what was involved with looking after dogs. She also looks after other dogs and so we knew that Buddy would not be bored and have plenty of company. Buddy was on a course of medication when we dropped him off which Megan diligently continued with. She also provided us with regular updates so we could see that Buddy was having a good time. We will certainly contact Megan again next time we need a sitter."

"I sent my corgi for dog boarding with Agui recently. My family and I definitely felt fully satisfied and happy with the experience. She was really kind and patient during all meet and greet sessions towards our pet and showed love and care. She sent many picutres during the boarding too! When she came back Agui even gave us fruitful advice for taking care of our furry friend better and she even taught our dog a new trick! She brought our dog for walks multiple times daily and she also bathed, cut nails and combed our dog's fur. Highly recommend you to select Agui as your dog care taker. Overall Agui showed love care and patience to our pet and she'll very much take care of any other too! "
