"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Jasmine is a very good dog sitter, I highly recommend her! Our dog stayed the first time with Jasmine and it went perfectly well! Jasmine was very attentive and responsible, she took care of our dog and considered all the smallest details regarding her food, character, etc. She updated me several times per day with photo and video. Overall I’m very glad that our dog stayed with Jasmine!"

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "It was the first time I sent my dog to Sharon. She and her family had taken care of my dog very well and my dog looked very happy during his stay with her family. She even took the initiative to count the freeze dried nuggets on the 1st day of the stay and informed me that they weren't sufficient for all my dog's meals and would give him some of her cooked food. We felt safe and assured to put our dog under her care."

"I sent my corgi for dog boarding with Agui recently. My family and I definitely felt fully satisfied and happy with the experience. She was really kind and patient during all meet and greet sessions towards our pet and showed love and care. She sent many picutres during the boarding too! When she came back Agui even gave us fruitful advice for taking care of our furry friend better and she even taught our dog a new trick! She brought our dog for walks multiple times daily and she also bathed, cut nails and combed our dog's fur. Highly recommend you to select Agui as your dog care taker. Overall Agui showed love care and patience to our pet and she'll very much take care of any other too! "

"Left my dog with Kristy for 9 nights. She and her daughter took good care of my dog. As my dog has separation anxiety issues, they took note of it and didn't leave him alone at home. Fed my dog well and provides regular updates of my dog. My dog was happy staying with them. Will definitely book again with her whenever I travel. "

"Lin and Stefano were amazing! I got very regular updates including pictures and even videos. From talking with them you can easily see these are experienced dog owners and experienced dog sitters who know what they are doing. I felt at ease leaving my dog Yasmin with them even if I was half way around the world. Yasmin even had a doggy friend to play with which was a treat for her. Communication was quick and easy all the way from initial contact throughout the entire stay. I would contact Lin should I need a dog sitter again."

"Susie had a great 2 weeks stay with Andrew. He was very patient with her, especially when it came to her eating habits given that she is a senior doggo (15). He also updated us regularly with her antics and daily routine. 👍🏻 I am sure Susie had lots of fun playing with the other dogs being a single dog at home. As he took in only 2 overlapping bookings, he was able to provide them with sufficient care and attention throughout. I am so glad to find a reliable and loving sitter staying nearby. "Very happy to have found Isabel to board both my dogs (14 years old Shih Tzu and 9 years old Jack Russell) with. Initially I was worried that my dogs wouldn’t be able to adjust to a new environment but Isabel and her family were very gentle and made both my dogs feel comfortable. I could tell that they were happy to be at her place (especially my Jack Russell, getting more walks than usual. He loves it!). She took really good care of them - feeds, walks and clean them. I also received daily video/photo updates. Would highly recommend Isabel and will definitely board my dogs here again if needed! "
