"I’m really happy with the care my dog Panther received from Krystal and KK. They took amazing care of him from the moment I dropped him off. They even created a group chat and kept updating me about everything his morning, day, and night walks, his eating time, his playtime, and how he was doing throughout the day.

"Karen and Kevin are an incredible couple and clearly real dog lovers. From the very beginning, everything was easy to arrange, communication was seamless, and they were proactive in anticipating Oslo and Ellie’s needs. The regular updates were such a comfort and showed how genuinely invested they were in the dogs’ wellbeing. We returned to two very happy, relaxed dogs—which says everything. "Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"We are glad that we found Evelyn before our trip to leave our timid female dog Mochi with.
Evelyn & the family took great care of Mochi & kept us updated of what's going on regularly.
They brought Mochi for long walks twice a day on daily basis, an activity that our dog enjoys so much. no wonder Mochi seems to be relax & comfortable. this is something that gave us a relief.
Evelyn's expertise in handling dog was displayed from the moment we met, and throughout the boarding period. this has kept us at ease while we were away from Mochi. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely find Evelyn again if we need to board Mochi with.

"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "Meryl is such a patient and loving sitter . We had our mini Australian Shepherd, Hailey with her for day care and another for a 1N boarding and Hailey simply felt so comfortable and relaxed at their home. Hailey has an injured paw and needs some care/extra support in terms of massages , heat pack treatments and shorter walks .. and Meryl was very meticulous in understanding how we do it and applied them very attentively and carefully. We feel very safe and comfortable leaving our Hailey with her ..and we are convinced Hailey our pup is too staying there with her and her family!
Oh yes and of course all the photos and constant updates had us feeling great that Hailey was having fun there be it day care or boarding overnight there. "
