"This was my first booking with Pawshake, and Iâm so glad we found Jes through the platform. We met a couple of pet sitters before deciding on her, and as this was the first time we left our dog for a longer period, we were naturally a little concerned about whether she would be well taken care of.
The reason we chose Jes was her ability to set clear boundaries and provide gentle discipline without being too harsh. Throughout the 10 days, she consistently sent us updates, which gave us great peace of mind that our dog was in good hands. From the photos she shared, it was clear how happy our dog was â smiling, relaxed, and happily posing for the camera.

"Iâm beyond grateful for the wonderful care Christine provided for my dog during his 9-day staycation. She is such a caring and genuine pet lover who truly goes the extra mile. Not only did she make sure my dog was well-fed, happy, and comfortable, but her two sons also helped âco-parentâ him throughout the stay, giving him so much love and attention.
What touched me most was how Christine took the initiative to shower my dog and even washed his bed and towelâtasks that were never expected but show how much she truly cares. I can tell my dog felt right at home and probably didnât want to leave!

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangsâ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words â âWeâll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our ownâ.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangsâ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Minâs place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"Andre, took very good care of Pages. Seems like they were best of friends even for a 5 nights stay over. I went over to pick my dog and I saw from the open door, both Pages and my dog watching t.v. "We recently had our puppy Ziggy stay with this lovely couple for 10 days and we couldnât be happier with the experience. They are friendly, outdoors-orientated pawrents who made sure he got plenty of exercise, adventures and playtime.
We received daily updates with photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind knowing Ziggy was not only well-looked after, but genuinely having a great time.
They also have a dog of their own; Harley, so theyâre experienced pet owners and knew exactly how to care for Ziggy properly â from routine, to play, to socialising.

"Great sitter who looked after x2 dogs well. She Understand Shibainu nature ie not very friendly to the other dogs, for example took them to dog run when they were alone. Basically she only have one booking at a time which indeed fit to my dogs.
Wud love to ask again in case Iâll be away. "
