"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. The space and the walks Raymond gave my pups was another plus in my book. So, YES I will recommend anyone who needs a pet sitter, or just for day care. Thanks Raymond!"

"We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing care given to our poodle, Asher, during the 14 nights we were overseas. Leaving your furkid behind for such a long trip is never easy, but from day one, we felt completely reassured knowing Asher was in a caring, responsible, and loving hands of Jessie and Sue.
Throughout the entire stay, we received regular updates, photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to see how comfortable and happy Asher was. It was clear that he was genuinely cared for like family. His routines, meals, walks, playtime, and comfort were all handled with great attention and patience.
When we returned, Asher was healthy, relaxed, cheerful, and clearly very attached to his caregivers — which says everything about the quality of care he received. Jessie even went out of the way when the doggy diapers was not enough to cover the 14 nights. We truly appreciate the dedication, warmth, and professionalism shown throughout the stay.

I was quite worried about leaving my Pom for the first time to another new sitter as i have bad experience on the previous one, but from the moment I met them, I felt my fur baby was in caring and trustworthy hands. Throughout the stay, my pom was safe, well cared for, and looked genuinely happy and relaxed.
When I picked her up, she was healthy, cheerful, and clearly comfortable, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s obvious they treated her with patience, kindness, and lots of love, just like their own pet.

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Diana and her hubby are both dog lover . They are very meticulous , caring and attentive to our puppy. Her hubby even massage our puppy on a daily basis . Diana send pictures and video everyday to update our puppy well being and behaviors for the day . We are very pleased to have found them to dog board. They easy going and flexible and accommodative to requests and never even try to change our puppy living habits to their convenience.
Will definitely come back to them when we need the dog boarding service . We have a rest assured mentality during our holiday knowing that our puppy is in excellent care.

"Rithvik has been a fantastic pet boarder for our dog and gerbils. The pets were well taken care of and my dog looked so comfortable and settled in his house in the pictures that Rithvik took while we were away 😅 Miko tends to be wary of strangers but she took to Rithvik quite well soon after they met each other. He has a patient, easy going and cheerful demeanor which animals warm up to easily.
He keeps us updated with photos and comments daily, and we have peace of mind that our pets are in good hands. I will most certainly ask him to take care of our pets again 😊

"Among all the boarding places Duffy has stayed at, this is truly the one that made my heart feel at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a loving and thoughtful environment for him. Seeing his happy face and genuine smile ！ something I had never really seen during previous boarding stays ， it meant so much to me as a dog mum.
Krystal and Rachel constantly shared photos and updates, which reassured me that he was not just being cared for, but truly loved. Knowing that both of them also have a Maltipoo made me feel even safer, because they understand the little habits, sensitivity, and personality of the breed.
It honestly felt like Duffy went for his own little holiday camp ! meeting new friends, having fun every day, and coming home happier.

"We left our dogs in her care for 20 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, she was responsible, attentive, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
Throughout the stay, it was clear that Janee didn’t just look after our dogs out of obligation — you can tell that she genuinely loves them and cares for them a lot. She took the time to understand their personalities, routines, and needs, and treated them with so much patience and affection. "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.
