"Alfred took such wonderful care of my dog, Huang Gua, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, Alfred was attentive, responsible, and genuinely caring. It was clear that he truly loves animals and treats them like his own.

"Among all the boarding places Duffy has stayed at, this is truly the one that made my heart feel at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a loving and thoughtful environment for him. Seeing his happy face and genuine smile ！ something I had never really seen during previous boarding stays ， it meant so much to me as a dog mum.
Krystal and Rachel constantly shared photos and updates, which reassured me that he was not just being cared for, but truly loved. Knowing that both of them also have a Maltipoo made me feel even safer, because they understand the little habits, sensitivity, and personality of the breed.
It honestly felt like Duffy went for his own little holiday camp ! meeting new friends, having fun every day, and coming home happier.

"Really great boarding service! My two dogs felt super comfortable during their 2-week stay with Chris. He’s very professional and clearly experienced with dogs, plus I really appreciated the regular updates. One of my dogs injured her paw during a walk, and Chris quickly administered first aid — it healed within just a few days! I’d definitely recommend his boarding services. "We left our dogs in her care for 20 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, she was responsible, attentive, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
Throughout the stay, it was clear that Janee didn’t just look after our dogs out of obligation — you can tell that she genuinely loves them and cares for them a lot. She took the time to understand their personalities, routines, and needs, and treated them with so much patience and affection. We really appreciated the regular updates and knowing they were safe, comfortable, and happy in her care.

"Friendly and Great host!! My dog is the not easiest dog to take care of, has separation anxiety and socializing issues with other dogs but Jay managed it well and even managed to walk other dogs with her calmly. Can see that Brownie is well taken care of and had an enjoyable time staying there, highly recommended to bring your fur kids if you are travelling! "

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that.
