"We had an amazing experience with our pet sitter, Evelyn.
She is extremely responsible and patient, and it’s clear that she has a genuine love for dogs in the way she cares for them. She even brought my dog out to cafes and made sure he was happy and comfortable.
Best is that she knows how to handle different dogs with different needs.
She was very responsive and provided frequent updates, which gave us great peace of mind.
Her place is also very suitable for pets, with a garden where my dog could move around and enjoy himself.

"I boarded my schnauzer, Cookie, with Grace for about 10 days while I was travelling, and I’m really grateful for the care she provided.
You can immediately tell that she genuinely loves dogs, especially schnauzers. Cookie is already a senior dog, so I’m usually quite particular about where I leave her, but I felt very reassured throughout the stay.
She took Cookie out for regular walks and sent updates and photos, which I really appreciated while I was away. From the photos and videos, it was very clear that Cookie was happy, relaxed, and well looked after.
It’s not easy to find someone who treats your dog like their own, but she really does. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and responsible dog boarder, especially if you have a schnauzer or an older dog that needs a bit more attention.

"Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding. I could really tell my dogs enjoyed their time with Eugene so much so that they had wanted to jump back into his car when he handed them back to me 😅 Definitely a trusted, dedicated & responsible sitter! I recently engaged Geraldine to care for my puppy Hershey for two separate boarding periods (December 1-11 and December 14-23), and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service provided. Geraldine is clearly a very experienced dog lover, and it showed in every aspect of her care throughout both stays.
What impressed me most was Geraldine’s unwavering attention to detail and genuine dedication across both boarding periods. She provided daily updates on Hershey, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Beyond just feeding and walking, Geraldine went above and beyond - she cleaned Hershey’s feeding pot, carefully cleaned his paws, and even took care of his ear cleaning. These thoughtful actions demonstrated her commitment to maintaining Hershey’s hygiene and overall wellbeing.
The fact that Hershey settled in comfortably during both stays speaks volumes about Geraldine’s consistency and the trust she built with my puppy. Upon my return after each boarding period, Hershey was happy, healthy, and clearly at ease. It’s obvious that my puppy was in loving, capable hands throughout both experiences.
Geraldine’s professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for animals make her an exceptional pet sitter. I would absolutely engage Geraldine again without hesitation and highly recommend her services to any pet owner looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and thorough care.

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Meryl is such a patient and loving sitter . We had our mini Australian Shepherd, Hailey with her for day care and another for a 1N boarding and Hailey simply felt so comfortable and relaxed at their home. Hailey has an injured paw and needs some care/extra support in terms of massages , heat pack treatments and shorter walks .. and Meryl was very meticulous in understanding how we do it and applied them very attentively and carefully. We feel very safe and comfortable leaving our Hailey with her ..and we are convinced Hailey our pup is too staying there with her and her family!
Oh yes and of course all the photos and constant updates had us feeling great that Hailey was having fun there be it day care or boarding overnight there. "

"I couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received! From the moment we met, it was clear that they genuinely love animals and take their job seriously. Fern was reliable, communicative, and incredibly attentive to every detail of my dog’s routine.
I received daily updates—complete with photos and little notes—which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Our dog looked so relaxed and happy in every picture, and when we returned and went to pick him up, it was obvious he’d been loved and well cared for.

"We used Cherie’s pet boarding service last December for our rescue Sheltie, Tuxee, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. After exploring many sitters, we immediately knew Tuxee would be in safe hands the moment we walked into Cherie’s place.
Cherie and Lynn both went above and beyond to take care of Tuxee, keeping us updated regularly with videos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. They even gave Tuxee a bath and pampered her so much—she truly had the best time with them!

"Very friendly and patient, Joz. Everyday she will sent pictures and updates of my doggy. Smooth communication with her. On plus point, she does pickup and sending back of the doggy too with a very minimal fee.
To be frank, this is my first time engaging pet sitter and I was quite concerned about the safety, managing of my dog etc.. After chatting with Joz via the apps for few times, she is very assuring that my dog will be in her good hands. So I decided to go with her.
True enough, my dog was enjoying too 😅 when Joz sent those photographs to me. My doggy is always in smiling look 🐶🐶 Definitely will look for Joz again should I be leaving town 😝"

"We recently boarded our dog with Dave and his family over the Chinese New Year holiday, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, Dave was incredibly detailed and thoughtful. He took the initiative to check everything in advance — asking us to prepare sufficient food and treats (including our dog’s favourites), pee-pads, pampers for sleeping if needed, and even whether there were specific sleeping materials or clothing to make him more comfortable. He also asked about routines and whether our dog needed to be caged, just to ensure he could replicate the home environment as closely as possible so our dog wouldn’t feel stressed. That level of attention really gave us peace of mind before the stay even started.
During the boarding, Dave went above and beyond. He didn’t just “look after” our dog — he genuinely cared. He bathed him, washed his bed, and made sure he was clean and comfortable before coming home. It felt more like our dog was staying with extended family than at a boarding place.
Communication was excellent throughout. Updates were clear and reassuring, and when our flight was delayed, Dave was very accommodating and flexible with the pick-up timing, which we truly appreciated — especially during such a busy festive period.
You can really tell Dave and his family are true dog lovers. They treat every dog like their own. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication, and we would absolutely trust them again for future boarding.
