"This is our 2nd time pet boarding with Gracia and her family. The whole experience of communication from placing the booking to picking up my dog was seamless and very comfortable. "Entrust my sometimes aggressive mongrel Miso in Xiuqing’s care and it was the best decision ever hehe was constantly sent updates on walkies, meal times and photos of her with other fluffies as well!
Always had trouble finding a sitter I could trust fully and who could take good care of Miso as she’s quite a character but felt so relieved and could enjoy my holiday without having to worry about whether my pup was homesick and feeling lonely but nope! She was enjoying time with Xiuqing and her lovely family - super grateful and definitely recommend Xiuqing’s services to anyone! "

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "I had an excellent experience with Ji Yap! He was in constant communication throughout the time he took care of my dog, which gave me great peace of mind. "Aileen is the best pet sitter we could ever ask for! She knows how to handle our anxious dog well and also shared with us alot of updates with pictures and videos of our dog everyday when we were overseas, which gave us the much needed reassurance. She really bonded well with our dog since Day 1 and we could tell he was happy spending time with her - going on walks, play time, and doing all the sniff/nose work with the toys she has at home. "Bhavna and her family took extremely good care of our dog Miles. You can clearly see that she cares deeply for animals and also has the experience to care for them. She takes dog boarding very seriously. She will ensure that she is always home with the dog she is boarding and they are not left alone. We have boarded Miles twice before and she is by far the best boarder. Miles is really attached to us, so was suprised at how fast he adjusted to his new surroundings and humans. Bhavana not only gave us super updates everyday, she also made very cute videos of Miles every day that we really enjoyed watching. We were happy to see that he got pampered with love, attention, cosy sleeping space, lots of play time, treats and even coconut oil massages (that we requested for his skin). He really got a fun vacation for the 9 days we were away. I would definitely recommend Bhavna to anyone seeking a kind and diligent sitter for their pup. "

"Velynn has been great to work with and she took good care of my 2 fur babies for 1.5 weeks while I was out of town. She sent me daily updates with videos of my fur babies doing silly things as usual. She responded to messages promptly when I had questions. It’s apparent she is experienced in handling dogs. "This was our first time leaving our doggie (Lexi) while we travelled so needless to say we were a little nervous how this would work out. Evonne, as per her profile, is the real deal, just a sincere dog lover and fabulous person. She was amazing with our dog and Lexi thoroughly enjoyed her time there. Despite some previous skin issues, Evonne went above the call of duty with special care, extra washes, special treats, fun play time etc in order to give Lexi the best possible care and Lexi thrived playing with Evonne’s own cute little Bambi. "We discovered Guo Wei when searching for a nearby pet sitter, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience. From our initial meeting with Guowei and our dog Spanner, it was clear he is a true animal lover. He took the time to get to know Spanner, showed us where she would spend her time, and carefully observed her interaction with his dog Bebin before committing to boarding her.
Throughout Spanner's stay, Guowei kept us updated on her well-being with regular photos of her enjoying walks around the neighborhood and her delicious meals—each picture was truly Instagram-worthy! It's safe to say Spanner had such a fantastic time that she seemed a bit down upon returning home, clearly missing the wonderful environment Guowei provided.
