"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. "Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding. I can’t thank Dora enough for the incredible care she gave my dog, Dixie. It was her first time looking after Dixie, yet she handled everything with such love, patience, and attention to detail. Dora went above and beyond, she even cooked for Dixie and hand-fed her to make sure she was comfortable and well-fed.

"Evelyn is patient with my 11yo dog. My dog is deaf and eyes abit weak. Required daily on eyes drops and changing of pampers 3-4 times. Evelyn has been assisting with all these and sending daily updates to ease my worry while I am away. Evelyn assisted with daily home cooked food for my dog. After discussing, she added some pumpkin soup for my dog to ease my dog in her pooping (My dog is old and has problem with pooping). "I’m beyond grateful for the wonderful care Christine provided for my dog during his 9-day staycation. She is such a caring and genuine pet lover who truly goes the extra mile. Not only did she make sure my dog was well-fed, happy, and comfortable, but her two sons also helped “co-parent” him throughout the stay, giving him so much love and attention.
What touched me most was how Christine took the initiative to shower my dog and even washed his bed and towel—tasks that were never expected but show how much she truly cares. I can tell my dog felt right at home and probably didn’t want to leave!
