They took such great care of Kayla, and I received daily updates with pictures and videos, which made me feel completely assured that Kayla was in good hands. "I’m beyond grateful for the wonderful care Christine provided for my dog during his 9-day staycation. She is such a caring and genuine pet lover who truly goes the extra mile. Not only did she make sure my dog was well-fed, happy, and comfortable, but her two sons also helped “co-parent” him throughout the stay, giving him so much love and attention.
What touched me most was how Christine took the initiative to shower my dog and even washed his bed and towel—tasks that were never expected but show how much she truly cares. I can tell my dog felt right at home and probably didn’t want to leave!
I’m 100% satisfied and will definitely choose Christine again whenever I need a trusted and loving boarder. Thank you so much, Christine, for taking such great care of my fur baby! "

"Bhavna and her family took extremely good care of our dog Miles. You can clearly see that she cares deeply for animals and also has the experience to care for them. She takes dog boarding very seriously. She will ensure that she is always home with the dog she is boarding and they are not left alone. We have boarded Miles twice before and she is by far the best boarder. Miles is really attached to us, so was suprised at how fast he adjusted to his new surroundings and humans. Bhavana not only gave us super updates everyday, she also made very cute videos of Miles every day that we really enjoyed watching. We were happy to see that he got pampered with love, attention, cosy sleeping space, lots of play time, treats and even coconut oil massages (that we requested for his skin). He really got a fun vacation for the 9 days we were away. I would definitely recommend Bhavna to anyone seeking a kind and diligent sitter for their pup. "

"Very happy to have found Isabel to board both my dogs (14 years old Shih Tzu and 9 years old Jack Russell) with. Initially I was worried that my dogs wouldn’t be able to adjust to a new environment but Isabel and her family were very gentle and made both my dogs feel comfortable. I could tell that they were happy to be at her place (especially my Jack Russell, getting more walks than usual. He loves it!). She took really good care of them - feeds, walks and clean them. I also received daily video/photo updates. Would highly recommend Isabel and will definitely board my dogs here again if needed! "

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"Jeanette is very friendly and she showers my dogs with lots of love. I like that my dogs were able to roam around the house without being crate. She cares for my dogs safety and will update us about their well being daily. She takes care of my dogs and ensure they get their routines as much as the same when they are at home. Great pet sitter. "🌟 The best pet staycation ever 🌟 If you’re looking for a super responsible pet boarder, Celeste is the way to go! Throughout my trip, she provided constant updates on the doggies with lots of videos and pics. Though I’ve provided my own food, the doggies were well fed with Celeste’s addition of home cooked ingredients. She also brought them for many walks per day and played with them, so the dogs have grown to love her despite the short staycay. The only reason why they were sad when I came to pick them up was because they didn’t want to leave her home… 10/10 recommend! "

"We’re so grateful to Samantha for taking such great care of our dog, Hazel, while we were away on holiday. She regularly sent us photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind - we could see how happy and well cared for he was. "It was my first time doing pet boarding, and to be honest was quite nervous about how it would go. Although the location was quite far from her place, if i have to choose someone to take care of my pet again i definitely will still go to her😅 here’s why:
Raine was super prompt in her replies (thank goodness as i really needed to find one urgently). Thank you 😭
It’s such a blessing to have her take care of my pet, as she sends pictures, videos of my puppy very frequently which makes me feel at ease as well 🥹
Also, when my puppy has a few accidents (peeing at the wrong places 😆, she still is very patient with him & me as well, which i am really grateful for.
Thanks to her, my puppy got to socialise with a few other dogs under her care as well, which i am really glad! Her place is really clean and huge as well, so they were able to run around! 😆
Lastly, you can really tell that she really loves and cares for pets just by meeting and chatting with her.
I usually don’t give reviews, but for this I think she really exceeded my expectations so…if you want to go on holiday but yet feel at ease that your dog not only is taken care of but happy as well, book her! :)

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Very friendly and patient, Joz. Everyday she will sent pictures and updates of my doggy. Smooth communication with her. On plus point, she does pickup and sending back of the doggy too with a very minimal fee.
To be frank, this is my first time engaging pet sitter and I was quite concerned about the safety, managing of my dog etc.. After chatting with Joz via the apps for few times, she is very assuring that my dog will be in her good hands. So I decided to go with her.
True enough, my dog was enjoying too 😅 when Joz sent those photographs to me. My doggy is always in smiling look 🐶🐶 Definitely will look for Joz again should I be leaving town 😝"

"We boarded our corgi puppy with Angela in April for 6 days and she and her hubby (Luis) have been the best care takers ever! Though our 8mth old puppy was super cheeky and always wanted to disturb their dogs, as well as bite anything that he sees, she still treated him really well. You can see that they both really have a golden heart for animals esp when we saw how they took great care of their own pets. She even prepared daily delicious food for my pup and my pup lovedddd it. They also make sure they brought him for walks frequently and when he came home he was always so exhausted but happy. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets here because they both provide immaculate service 👍🏼"
