"Charmaine is an absolute gem! We left our precious girl, javine with her and could immediately tell she genuinely loves animals â she sent regular updates and photos throughout, which put our minds completely at ease while we were away. "We had a great experience boarding our dog with Doreen. She was very responsive to messages and kept us reassured while we were away.
Doreen took excellent care of our dog and made sure he/she was comfortable and well looked after. We especially appreciated that she has her own poodle and other dogs boarding, which gave our dog companions to play with instead of being alone.
It was clear that our dog enjoyed the stay and was happy and relaxed when we picked him/her up. We would definitely recommend Doreen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog boarding service."

"Lina was absolutely wonderful with our dog. She sent us lots of photos and regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She is clearly very experienced and thoughtful, and always seemed to know how to help him settle down, feel comfortable, and stay happy. We also really appreciated how flexible she was when we unexpectedly needed to extend his stay. Weâre very grateful for the care and attention she gave him and would happily leave him with Lina again."

"Iâm really happy with the care my dog received! This was actually my dogâs first time staying at a dog boarding, so naturally I was a little worried about how she would cope. But Eric and Jamie took such good care of him and made sure he was comfortable, happy and well looked after. â¤ď¸đś
I also really appreciate that Eric took the time to notice that my dogâs food portion was a little too much and advised me about it. It may seem like a small thing, but to me, it shows that they genuinely pay attention to my dogâs needs and well-being rather than simply doing the job.

"10/10 would recommend. Charmaine is gentle and amazing with Biscuit despite the fact that it was his first time boarding. The space Biscuit was kept in has a big window with a cat tree so that he could people/bird watch during his stay there, whilst having enough room to move around. He gets to roam around from time to time as well and interact with the other kitties (:
Charmaineâs updates comes regularly with photos and/or videos to let me know how Biscuit is doing, as well as when she has given him his medication. She also went the extra mile to help out with some minor logistics that was required for Biscuit during his stay such as weighing his pee/water intake due to the vetâs instructions. Communications wise is a 10/10 as she gave quite a lot of updates despite the short boarding stay, which I appreciate a lot! đŤśđť
Biscuit seems happy there (minus the initial day where heâs grumpy and needs to decompress), and is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to others to leave your catto in her care."
