"Jiaying was an amazing petsitter for my two cats! 🥹 She was extremely communicative throughout — planning and coordinating the sit, asking great questions to ensure she can stick to their routine as closely as possible, and providing daily updates on they were doing!
She was also very considerate, accommodating, and flexible, especially when it came to the handovers at the start and end of the sit, to make sure the transition was as easy as possible and my cats would be well taken care of ☺️
My cats (who are typically more wary of strangers) warmed up to her very quickly and she showered them with a ton of love and attention everyday 🥰

"This being the first time we were going overseas since getting our cat, Bernie was very clear and meticulous in her introduction and explanation of what house sitting entailed. We truly appreciate her initiative in asking questions about our cat to ensure she understood her habits and quirks since every pet is different!
On the day of the house sitting, she came by early to be further acquainted with everything. Throughout, she also shared prompt updates on our cat’s litter habits, appetite, water intake, activity level etc.
On the day we were to return, she was kind enough to stay on longer to accompany our cat and encourage her to eat more as our flight was a night flight.
When we returned, the house was tidy and clean too, and our cat was happy, confident and playful - no change whatsoever from her usual behaviour despite our absence!
We truly appreciate Bernie’s thoughtful care of our cat, and have already asked her to visit again when we are away on a day trip!
We would certainly recommend her to our friends who are pet owners too :)"

"We had Cynthia to house sit our 2 senior dogs for 4 nights. Her calm nature was felt by our Chihuahuas and they bonded with her almost immediately. Cynthia provided us with timely updates and sent us photos and videos of our pups daily. It gave us great relief to know that our kids were in good hands and well taken cared when we were away. She is punctual, accommodating, responsible and followed instructions well and was able to accommodate one of our special need senior dog with her medication on a daily basis. The state of our home was well kept when we returned too.
Cynthia did an amazing job with our dogs and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love her to care for our pups again. Thank you very much Cynthia!"

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!
We can't express our gratitude enough for Geraldine. Her updates and genuine concern for Cubi and Cleo while we were away brought us peace of mind. She's not just a cat sitter; she's a true cat lover, and we're lucky to have found her. We'll definitely engage her more often in the future!"

"Cherry was a great house sitter for my two older, larger dogs. She was in consistent communication with me and dealt with one of my dogs who got a little sick during her stay. "Alden was great at home-sitting with our dog. He was on time and his communication was excellent - he asked good questions and kept us updated often which was greatly appreciated. We had quite a few neighbors and friends comment that they bumped into him while he was walking our dog and they had only nice things to say - they complimented his polite demeanor and that he was very good with our dog and spoke to her with care and confidence. He was also great at accommodating any requests we had while he was sitting for us. Overall an excellent experience and hope to hire him again as our dog seems to really like him!"

"We booked Victoria for full time house sitting for our 2 cats, and we have nothing but positive things to say. She stayed in constant communication provided photo updates to ensure us of the cats wellbeing. "Regan is a wonderful dog sitter. We needed someone to stay at our place while we were away for 1 week to take care of our dog. Doggie is a rescue Singapore Special; he is very fearful of strangers and has a lot of fear triggers. We left a lot of instructions for Regan, and we were afraid of being obnoxious/overbearing, but Regan was always so gracious and he readily complied with them all. Once our dog got to know Regan, he was so at ease around Regan that we were pleasantly surprised! He replied swiftly, communicated effectively and also took initiatives in some aspects that we did not require of him. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to any dog parents. "Ai Tong took really great care of churro and we can't recommend her enough! From the moment we entrusted her with churro, we knew that he'd be in safe hands- Ai Tong demonstrated great patience and care, is responsible, communicative and very thoughtful. She was very attentive to churro's needs and frequently kept us updated which we greatly appreciated. She also makes the effort to take note of any new routines and follows through instructions very competently. Churro took a liking to Ai Tong really fast (usually my cat is wary and takes time to warm up to strangers) and was so comfortable with her that he did not leave her side even when we were back! You can tell that she genuinely care about the pets she looks after, which is so reassuring to know as pet owners.
Also, we were pleasantly surprised that she took the initiative to clean the house and water the plants though we did not request for her to do it, the house was spotless and even cleaner than when we had left it, thank you for being so considerate to our home as well.
Overall an excellent experience, we couldn't be more grateful for her help! Will definitely reach out to her again for future sittings."

"Candy is absolutely amazing and the best sitter I’ve ever come across by far.
My dog has medical emergency when she was with him but she was so composed and calm to get through the situation and did all the right steps to get his medical attention and bring him to the hospital while I was still in overseas and couldn’t reach during my flight.
She went above and beyond to take care of Sherlock to make sure he is ok and did everything she could possibly do (prob more than what I would have done) during stressful situation and I can never thank her enough for that.
She is incredibly kind, genuine and caring person towards to pet and really tidy and neat during her stay at my place as well.
I loved seeing how much she cared and worried about Sherlock and took care of him better than anyone could.
I’m so grateful I found her in Pawshake and I can confidently say she’s the best and most caring sitter I’ve ever had! "
