"Cheryl was extremely patient throughout the process. She came over for a meet up before the day of sitting our six month old Golden Retriever puppy. Since we were away, she spoke with us over video call and came across as polite and warm. On the day she was sharing regular updates about our puppy's schedule. We were completely stress free despite being away, since we were confident our puppy was in responsible hands. We could tell from the videos, that she quite enjoyed spending the day with Cheryl. We were lucky to find Cheryl available when we needed sitting for our puppy and will definitely reach out to Cheryl the next time!"

"Highly recommend working with Mel. She took very good care of our dog for a week while we were travelling. She sent us lots of photos and our dog seems to have bonded very well with her. "Alix was amazing with my two cats, Gypsy and Blue! 🐾 From the moment she stepped in, I could tell she was mature, reliable, and genuinely cared about animals. She gave them so much love and attention, and it really showed — I came home to two very happy, relaxed fur babies. Alix was also super conscientious about looking after my place, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. "Ying was absolutely great with our 3 month old Golden Retriever Skye. We wanted to go out to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and since Skye was not fully vaccinated yet, we were searching for someone caring and responsible to sit Skye for the day.
We were lucky to have met Ying. From the beginning, Ying was thoughtful and communicated very clearly. She made sure she meets us and our pet first before sitting, which was good to know since we were convinced we will be leaving Skye with someone thoughtful. Ying made sure she understood Skye’s routine so there were minimum surprises.
Through the day, Ying was in touch to update us of Skye’s activities and we came back to one very happy puppy.
Although Skye was so small and almost completely untrained, we were not stressed at all due to Ying’s calm and caring approach.

"I asked Bell for house sitting for a whoke day while I am away for work.
Bell is definitely the best pet sitter I had experience with on this platform.
She is very patient, has good knowledge on pets overall, and gives a care based on instructions. Most importantly, my dog loved to play with her and felt super comfortable with her staying around (my dog usually gets scared with some random ppl around.)"
